Fantastic company reported problem got resolved straight away thank you

Specifically rang best4 warrant prior to booking in for window repair. Was informed it was covered if electrical and not cables. Garage made contact and sent photo. Told electric motor not covers as any issue with cables would burn it out. Total waste of time having a warranty, always an excuse not to pay - will be cancelling and getting refund on premium.

Once again I had to make claim and had no problem with the claim very good my warranty runs out soon would easily renew with them

Had some issue with my car which is booked in at a vw/audi specialist to get the warrenty work done my customer service and case handler is Syed hasnen and he went above and beyond to get my claim dealt with as quick and efficient as possible and plain sailing so no issues or delays at the repairers end and said to also let him know if any further issues/problems are there once it’s at the repairers. And he will do his best to get it sorted if any problems. Couldn’t ask for a better service from him and auto gaurd at this current time highly recommend.

I had a warranty with Autoguard Warranties, but my experience was extremely disappointing.

When my car developed mechanical issues, I had to pay £1,700 for the repairs and then submitted a claim under my warranty. Unfortunately, instead of supporting my claim, they refused it. They referred me to additional terms and conditions that were never made clear when I purchased the warranty and told me I wasn’t eligible.

In my experience, the warranty provided no real value when I actually needed it. I feel like I paid for cover that wasn’t there when it mattered most. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Autoguard Warranties to anyone.

Not worth the paper it’s written on! I bought a Vauxhall Astra from Car Sector in Leighton Buzzard of whom I do not recommend either!! My car I’ve had 2 weeks and I enquired if the slave cylinder is covered under warranty and was told straight out that it’s excluded from the warranty! I bought the warranty thinking I was protected for 6 months! Again I do not recommend Autoguard warranty or Car Sector dealership.

I mean what is point in replying if you are not even going to try and find a solution to the issue?!!

Absolutely useless autoguard put in claim for repairs then got a response saying take pictures of the damage front back side up down since then only one person got in touch for help but even that was pointless this warranty no worth the paper it’s printed on waste of my time taking time off taken my car

The parts that were found to be faulty are covered under your warranty.

However, my request for the repairs to be covered was rejected by you.

If this is how your warranty works, then what is the point of having it?

I had a claim for a water pump and the service was excellent all the way through the process of the claim.
Would recommend you.

VansCo who I Bought my Van through, were great. In many areas I was pleased to do business with them. Autoguard was brought into play early and seemed to be an easy answer should I have anything to be concerned about in the 1st year of ownership of my Van. That’s why I feel it’s important to have such cover available.

They delivered what they promised.

After contacting Autoguard regarding a couple of faults with my car - I got a quote from the garage and sent to them. The car was booked in at the garage and the faults repaired. I wasn't made aware of what repairs were covered by the warranty - just given an email with an amount that I would receive.. However,the amount stated was paid to me very quickly. Thank you Autoguard for a Very good service.

Good communication and clear instructions from your staff

Had my water pump fail on my Golf R, so contact my Autoguard Warranty to start a repair took 4 days for the whole process from start to finish including the repair (New Water Pump & Thermostat) from VW. I was kept updated through the repair via my app. Excellent service and would highly recommend this service for a piece of mind to keep you on the road. Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me. Thank you. We had a clutch issue which Autoguard which apparently do not cover 90% of the relevant components . They took several days to answer the garage updates with a one line reply of "we do not cover x y and z etc " . Apparently a clutch hydraulic slave cylinder is not even covered .The garage (main agents) were additionally shocked. Another get out clause it would seem. Beware

If I could put 0 starts i would. Extremely unhelpfully, pay £1500 for lifetime warranty but they didn't even give me an advice how yo start my car without key fob as battery died advice to go to the nearby garage (I COULDNT EVEN DRIVE), when call3d breakdown assistant, they also told me to go to the garage when a could driver and couldn't give me an advice. Managed to sort it our myself. My people in Auto Guard couldn't even care less and sounded the same on the phone. I could get more help by calling one if my friends. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.
