Iv had the car less then 7 months turbo failed they wont warrent the repair
Pointless paying for the warrenty i dont exspect them to pay for the hole repair but they should pay some of it was the hole point of taking the cover out now im left with a massive bill on a car i brought from dealer who sold me there warrenty.

Slightly complicated process getting garage to make the invoice out to Autoguard Warranties when I was paying the bill at the garage and claiming it back. All to do with Autoguard being able to recover the VAT. To be fair the email from Autoguard did say this but it also said a lot of other things depending on circumstances. Would have liked a more bespoke email for my situation rather than a "catch all". Anyway claim settled so Thank you.

This co is good but,they make it extremely difficult online for elderly customers. If you go through their process you’ll be off the road for weeks. Best business plan is,make the claim,get it sorted yourself,pay the bill then send them the invoice. Job done and so easy, otherwise they are good .what should happen is the dealership should make good any repairs within the warranty period. Good luck

Van broke down due to alternator. Covered by warranty. Made arrangements for car to go to garage. Rang several times for them to give the go ahead with the work . Two weeks later still waiting. Van is needed due to my wife being disabled. This warranty is absolute rubbish. Would advise anyone not to go within a mile of this company. Happy to take your money but not pay out.

Absolute joke. £19000 for a car and the power steering rack bearing has gone. Got a quote to fix and straight away rejected as part not covered even tho it states power steering is covered. Warranties ain’t worth the paper they’re written on.

6 year/70k miles limit for repairs on a 2011 car...how does that work?

So now I have to go back to the dealer for the repair anyway.
