AP Morgan Omdömen

Really lovely and helpful people! Highly recommend them

Coren was very helpful and gave us a good amount of information about the property.

Shaana was lovely and really helpful! Great showing.

Corrine was very knowledgeable and friendly and did an excellent job showing us round.

Sharnel was such a sweet lady
Helped us with property.explains everything really well and makes things clear for us.
Good to have such positive people around.

I can’t even put into words how brilliant Charlotte has been. I haven’t had the best of luck with property searching up to now and I’m sure she plays a big part. She seems to want to get to know both buyer and seller and ensure both parties are the right fit for a purchase which is like nothing I’ve come across before. She makes you feel at ease and nothing seems to big of an ask or no question feels too silly. She is a real star and I’m grateful our paths have crossed through this process. The remainder of the team that I have come into contact with have all been professional yet approachable. Would really recommend 💕

Corrine from Stourbridge office was on time, friendly and knowledgeable about the property we viewed

Very polite and pleasant, helpful and good humoured. Only reason not 5 star because some information on property lacking but I think that was the owner not providing the details

Shanna is very warm and lovely, showed us all the corner of the property, knows well. The house that we’ve viewed is something we looked forward to. 🙏🙏🙏

Had a really good experince with Shaana who was amazing. She was really professional and helped us go over all the aspects of the viewing, offering sound advice to us as first time buyers as well.

Corinne is always very helpful and informative.

Alanna was top notch. Great customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, just what you need under the circumstances. Thank you

Recently contacted this company and the process has been really helpful, from booking the appointment to actually viewing the property. The viewing agent was very pleasant, offering useful information about the area and the house. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Really lovely experience with Corinne Locker. She was very friendly professional and very helpful during the house viewing. She made the whole process feel easy and was happy to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend her and the team

Excellent service from Simon 👍

Simon was very good, polite and professional. I’ve been to a few property viewings with different estate agents, and although I’ve met several agents, Simon was by far the best.

He was friendly, helpful and made the whole viewing experience really pleasant. A real credit to the agency. 👍

A shout out to Ilene from the Redditch branch, she is such a lovely lady and a great member of staff to the company. Ilene was always updating us with the process of the property we were buying, any issues or anything needed she would let us know straight away. Very helpful and always a friendly voice at the other end of the phone 🙂
Keep up your good work Ilene 👏🏻 your an asset to the company 🌟 Natalie & Craig

The gentleman who came to show me the house was very polite and to the point. He answered my questions appropriately without hesitation. His customer service skilss were spot on.

Thank you so much for showing me the house around.

We had a viewing booked with Corrine at a house in Dudley. The house was clean and well kept, and Corrine was absolutely lovely. She was very informative and friendly. Great service. 5 stars.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from AP Morgan.
From the very start of the sale process Dan & Alannah have been professional, friendly, knowledgeable and kept us fully informed throughout. Their advice, communication and marketing were excellent, and we felt completely confident that our home was in safe hands. Nothing has been too much trouble & we can't thank them enough.

Selling a house can be stressful, but they made the whole experience feel straightforward and seamless. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

A fantastic team and a truly outstanding service — 5 stars from us! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
