AP Morgan Omdömen

Thank you so much from Shana, as she very friendly showed us the house . And wherever we had questions , she answered very well.
Thanks alot for the team .

We recently bought our house through AP Morgan and Laura was brilliant throughout the whole process. Buying a house is stressful enough as it is, but she kept us in the loop at every stage, answered our questions quickly, and just made everything feel a lot less daunting. Really friendly and professional — couldn't have asked for better support. Highly recommend."

Great appointment, lovely lady to show ys around and helpful all around, explaining everything through, all positive experience!

Very helpful and informative

Laura was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the property and owner’s position. She answered all questions we had.

Laura was friendly and polite. She showed us the property and was happy to answer any questions.

Laura was friendly and very informative, she made me feel at ease during a really stressful time and were extremely reassuring throughout.

Shaana was super friendly and informative. We had a real enjoyable viewing! Thanks again☺️

I had a dreadful experience with another estate agent, so a friend recommended AP Morgan to me, and I’m so glad they did! Max Mason at the Shirley branch was so brilliant. He gave me a good valuation, said he reckoned he could get me an offer in 2 - 3 weeks, and did exactly that! Max kept me updated the whole time, and was just what I needed to restore my faith in estate agents. Thanks Max and all the team at AP Morgan!

Sales staff were very polite and helpful at the beginning of the process when viewing and making an offer. Couldn't have done without Ilene Strydom at the after sales stage. She really helped get the deal to completion when things didn't got to plan. She provided excellent support during the stressful times, couldn't sing her praises enough.

Nikki was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and made the viewing relaxed and enjoyable.

We were greeted with a smile

And fantastic hospitality and knowledge of the property that we were viewing

Very kind and friendly in every way
But
Better than that
She knew everything about the property and was able to make it more reason to want to purchase it

Laura from AP Morgan. Thank you for viewing the property with me. It was great meeting you.

Great experience with AP Morgan. Laura was very friendly, professional and helpful during our property viewing today at Chaddesley Close. She explained everything clearly, answered our questions and made the viewing feel relaxed and comfortable. Excellent service — thank you, Laura! Highly recommended.

The team have been really great and very efficient in communication.
Shaana helped us with the viewing. She has been super helpful, professional and knowledegable. She was nice to share some very helpful guiding points as well.

From the start of the buying process to the end I have found everyone I’ve dealt with very helpful and supportive. During a difficult purchasing period with many issues and challenges (down to solicitors not AP Morgan) I felt AP were on my side and there to help. In particular that goes for Ilene at the Redditch branch who has been an absolute rock. I genuinely don’t know how I’d have coped with the situation without her, in fact the whole thing might have fallen through without her. Always on hand, supportive, responsive and effective. Absolutely brilliant customer service from Ilene, an absolute gem and credit to the company. I’d highly recommend AP Morgan to anyone.

Simon from AP Morgan, Bromsgrove showed us around a property. He was punctual, polite and very knowledgeable about the property and local area. He answered our questions honestly and gave us plenty of time to look around the property. The seller can be confident that AP Morgan are presenting the property very well to prospective purchasers. Also, it was helpful to be given a high quality brochure to take away. Overall, the kind of approach I would wish for from my marketing agent.

Atif was very professional and photographed our home beautifully ready for sale. He was very thorough and shared with me everything he was doing so I understand the process.

Really lovely and helpful people! Highly recommend them
