Good, despite they started proposing not fair solutions for customer

It's not a proper demo. They let you install the software and scan it for hours, just to let you know at the end that you have to pay to get your files.

Echo Zhou did a great job in customer's service and solved issue rapidly.

I would just like to say that the Anyrecover team and in particular Hermosa helped me get through a confusing product related problem; she was very cooperative and persistent in her efforts to solve the issue was related program updates.
The attitude of the company team was very impressive. I am now a very happy and loyal customer.

I had an issue which required file recovery from an SD card and Anyrecover came up as a recommended solution. I purchased their package and had difficulty accessing the software. Their support and response times were great.

I had given up hope of retrieving my files, until I downloaded anyrecover. I was able to retrieve lost files from years ago. Amazing product.

I think the customer services are excellent. The name of the person that assisted me is Hermosa. However, it would be good if the limitations of the product that I purchased be highlighted and made more visible e.g. The Anyrecover product is unable to retrieve lost data from a damaged device like external hard drives, phones, usb, tablets etc. It would also be good if the company can make customers aware that they are in the process of employing technicians that can solve this problem

Hermosa, the advisor that helped me understood the reasoning and actioned honoured the request to cancel the product due to the fact that not all files have been recovered. The customer service was prompt and informative and while the product still needs some improvements, the team makes the experience better.

Found the videos that I accidentally deleted from my sd card yesterday but when I try to play them it doesn't work. I tried the repairing video tool but that was absolutely useless.

Echo provided excellent customer service! Very responsive and able to answer my questions.

My product hasn't work properly but with Technical Support Specialist Hermosa we found a good solution.

1. THE TASK: It did find most of my files but the files was not in a condition, to be opened. So the software failed on the task of restoring my files so they were intact and useful.

2. THE SUPPORT: This company has a mail form in 2024, wich makes me wonder a lot. Now, time is a big factor when it comes to getting help for lost files and second this is payed software. I send 2 mails, 24 hours ago and they have not returned a single mail back to me. NOT even a mail that saids: We have received your mail and we will get back to you soon.

THE TRUTH ABOUT THERE SUPPORT:
This company makes it hard for a customer to contact support intentionally so you give up. You can only use 300 characters in the form, but no indicator that shows how many characters you have used, frustrating in it self. There verification code "capcha" often fails and give you an error even though you write the real number the first time.

CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP: This is very difficult compared to other software companies, again intentionally made hard for you to cancel.

THE LIES OF CUSTOMER REVIEWS:
On there website you can write a review of you experience. All there customers gave them 5 stars, they have millions of dowloads and customers, but only 812 customer reviews? ALL 5 STAR.

HONESTLY I WOULD SAY THIS IS HOAX.

I downloaded a free recovery software instead and got much better result, wich also is kind of strange.

So I can not recommend Anyrecover at all.
