The software didn't work out for me…
The software didn't work out for me however the tech support analyst was very efficient at processing a refund and the good experience means I will give this company another shot when my requirements change. I do wish you could see output prior to subscribing though, which would have saved all this admin. Still thank you Kaiya!

Finally, an honest and trustworthy company.
Anyrecover is a company which should be used by other companies as an example that they should mimic. We purchased Anyrecover software without taking advantage of the trial period. Unfortunately the software did not work with our system - which was corrupting the storage space. During this initial use of Anyrecover's software I worked with their customer service representative, Echo, to identify the problem. Once we did identify the problem as being within our system Echo guided me through the Anyrecover refund process. Again, Anyrecover and their customer service are 5 star and once we either resolve our current system problem or replace our system we will most likely work with Anyrecover again. THANK YOU Echo and Anyrecover.
