I had made a major error upon purchasing the software by putting the wrong email address I must say Chapeau to the team specifically Jessie who assisted me in rectifying the issue while taking the proper precautionary measures. I really appreciate the professionalism

It is so comforting knowing that there are still businesses that actually care about their customers. I sent an email to hopefully get support to some questions I had about their software that I downloaded. In a timely professional manner, I received a response from Emma, who answered my questions and explained why I experienced the questions I had. Responses were always quick and professional. I SO wish more businesses operated like this one does. Thank you again Emma!

Good looking user interface. I bought it for transfering Line from my old samsung S10e to my new samsung phone S24FE. Backing up the old one to the pc worked but put the backup to the new phone did not workout, also not by the option via direct tranfer. Had some contact with support Emma but whatever we tried it did not come to a working solution. She announced to give a full refund. That is very customerfriendly. The program is potential to be able to work well for this application but for some reason in my situation it does not work. I see other reviews where it appears to work well. greetz Kees

Great service from Emma, she reponded very promptly to my request for two refunds. I notice that other reviewers refer to signing up for subscriptions by mistake, which was certainly my case. I got the first tier 100% refund and the second tier 60% refund. Maybe I should have held on a bit longer for the full refund.

Although I couldn't recover what I needed. program worked and customer support from Emma was great.

They aren't transparent or fully honest about their "30-day Money Back Guarantee". I haven't read all 815 reviews here, but in the 60+ I did read here and elsewhere there wasn't a single 100% refund if the product didn't perform per customer experience and expectations. While they state "100% customer satisfaction is a top priority", hunt for their Refund Policy and see it has MANY qualifications to get any amount of a refund. No where does it say "100% money back". Note in the "Circumstances of No Refund" section, for example: "A refund request due to lack of understanding or misunderstanding of the software’s features and functionalities because you didn’t read the product description carefully before making a purchase." Good luck arguing with all the equivocal language they use. No doubt the service representatives' voices are sweet, and I see customers settle for what they can get -- even if the software doesn't work for their configuration or set of issues. Be careful: issues involved in various file recovery scenarios can be very technical and this company doesn't exactly lay out clearly the inner coding, capabilities, AND limits of the software.

The helper who names with Emma had given me a helpful and speedy responses less than 2 minutes when I need help for terminating the subscription of the software at certain moments. Very great and helpful.

They were very helpful and quick to reply about my refund. They were also very polite and understanding as long as you’ve read over everything refund wise.

Software works great but the “ONE-month” plan was automatically renewed, even though I’ve gotten an email that it would expire if I didn’t take action.
I think this was a bit of a scam because they know people make this mistake.
After your first mail about this they give you a 30% refund, a second mail they give you 60% refund but if you hold on they eventually will give you a 100% refund!
I’m happy I’ve gotten my money back but I still believe they do this on purpose and try to trick you into thinking it is a one time payment!
