A wide range of optional sources expands usability.
My installation did require Technical Support and Emma responded via multiple emails to assist in resolving some 'output' issues.

While the program didn't do what I needed it to do, the customer service was kind. They helped me out how they could and I appreciate that.

It's with a heavy heart to cancel my weekly subscription as points were very costly. 4 images and no more. I was left with 50 unusable points. It's a good app and if it keeps your original background it moves smoothly. The cut outs are rather shaky. If it lowers the point amount as to give more value I would definitely reconsider.

Their service just nice. You can get back your data THAT lost. Plus their technically customers support, Emma is a nice person. She treat me well and answers all the problems or issues perfectly. I recommend to Y'all. She's the one of a kind that good.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong product - AI Repair - to recover data mistakenly deleted from an external hard drive. Jesse at Customer Service most helpfully steered me through my problem, and I purchased the right program - Data Recovery - which has worked perfectly. Not only was Jesse prompt and courteous in email replies, but he/she organised for a refund of the first incorrect order of AI Repair. Now that is first class customer service. Thank you Jesse.

The bad: I downloaded the software to recover my lost data from my external hard drive the softer itself I did not perform as described. It was not useful.

THE GOOD: I reached out to technical support team,"Jessie" responded back to me very promptly. They're extremely professional and understanding. They help me troubleshoot first and when it was still unsuccessful in retrieving my files they offered me a full refund. I hope this software is updated or is given the proper upgrade it needs to perform better compare to its competitors.

I was unable to recover data from my SD card not because of this product but because of my recorder. I'm sure if the recorder had done it's job and I deleted it on accident this software would have worked. They processed a full refund just like they promised. I know I will need their software again in the future and I will gladly try them again.
