I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Luna from the customer support team, and I must say her service was exceptional. From the very beginning, Luna demonstrated a high level of professionalism, patience, and a genuine willingness to help.

I purchased the software and was have difficulties launching the product, so I reached out to customer service/technical support. Within 10-15 minutes I received a response from Jessie with instructions. Within minutes I was recovering my data.

The swift reaction from Emma in Customer Services was second to none. I would highly recommend anyrecover.

When I had a problem, a missunderstanding they help me perfectly.

First of all, in my case, my external hard drive couldn’t be saved. The software did find 5 TB worth of movies and videos, unfortunately when it got to over 98% my computer inexplicably shut down before completing the process. When restarting my computer, the drive would no longer mount.Through the process, I had regular email updates with Jesse, the tech support person. The customer service was first rate and he was very patient with me and responded promptly with suggestions on what to do. I have no complaints whatsoever with customer service. I believe AnyRecover probably works in most cases, unfortunately not in my case.
