AnyRecover is just a waste of time
AnyRecover is just a waste of time. The files that are lost would show up, but once you make the payment and the try to recover them, the files would only show up, but it will be corrupted. No matter what you can't open it. This happened to me for more than 3 times.

Helpful and succinct
All of the help that I received was solid. The only reason I didn't give five stars was cause I didn't get more money back from my return, which I understand, but that part wasn't exactly ideal since the service didn't work for me. Hermosa helped me and explained everything very thoroughly. Communication was quick and succinct, and I appreciated the upfront honesty.

Useless, free programs can do same or better
Horrible program, overpriced, scummy sellers, they do not provide any info, their refund policy is scam. They told refund guarantee but then dont want to refund it because apparently they hid some rules on their website regarding the refund, their trial version is horrible it does not work.
The reviews on their website seem fake
Almost lied about 30 day money guarantee.
EDIT: Their reply is just to look like they care, they havent emailed me or provided any "satisfactory resolution"

I accidentally bought the wrong product and I requested a refund. I expected a long process, but within a matter of hours, Support Specialist Echo Zhao issued the refund and was very friendly. I appreciate that kind of service very much!
