Chloe was amazingggg she helped me so much and was so understanding!!

Problem with my meter and been billed crazy amount, like £500 for a couple of months. Three increasingly annoying phone calls, three different people, each told me they would ring me back. 6 weeks gone by in total. By the end it was so you will 100% ring me tomorrow at 4pm etc. etc. still nothing. Have to start again each time. Completely unacceptable. Last guy's name was Lubanzi, please feel free to fire him.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They changed my meter and then my shower stopped working properly. A plumber confirmed it was a stone from the mains that lodged itself in the cold water cistern float valve causing the fill of the cylinder to slow and therefore cause fluctuations/imbalance in the shower performance.

Because I employed a private contractor and not someone on their “approved list” I was not eligible for any form of reimbursement.

Absolutely appalling treatment and customer service received from this company. I have been hounded and harassed for months with phone calls looking for someone who isn't me. Either intentionally or unintentionally, a customer has given them my telephone number and his account is in arrears. I have explained to countless people over the phone that this person has given them the wrong number and they tell me I won't be contacted again but a few days go by and I receive another call. They clearly do not abide by GDPR regulation as despite telling them repeatedly that I am not the person they are trying to contact, I keep receiving messages with his full name and account number so I would think twice before using a company like this with such a blatant disregard for keeping people's personal data secure. I have asked to speak to a manager and nobody is ever available. I have asked for my number to be removed and they said I don't have permission to ask them to do that as I'm not an authorised person on this account! I have been dealt with abhorrently, the last lady I spoke to on the phone was so dismissive and rude. I do not know this person and I have never had an account with Anglian. I am on maternity leave with a young baby being constantly hounded about a debt that isn't mine. I will be seeking advice from a solicitor as this level of harassment is criminal.

Kirsty helped me set up my anglian water account and helped me set up a direct debit for my new home and she made it extremely easy and straight forward, it’s my first time moving and I feel relieved knowing my water is set up, and was done so quickly!

We got our updated direct debit and it was incredibly high - we were pretty sure it was because of a leak we'd had outside our boundary that Anglian Water fixed in the summer.

I explained the situation to Chloe on WhatsApp and she sorted it all out straight away, we now have a refund coming our way plus an adjusted bill that meets our actual usage.

This is the second time I've contacted Anglian Water using the WhatsApp chat and both times they have been great (Chloe this time and Emily back in May).

Was assisted by Kyle in setting up Anglian water switchover, was easy to do and didn't have any issues or miscommunication, very understanding.

Needed to provide documentary proof to be set up as Power of Attorney on an account. An absolutely painless and simple procedure and was done within an hour along with the appropriate details being set up on the priority services register for water, gas and electric. Polite and professional and i couldn't fault their service.

Used the WhatsApp communication today and Kyle was very helpful and prompt.

Just spoke to Teri to sort out a change of address, you always dread these things as you assume it’s going to be a bit of a boring, painful process including untold amount of checks, double checks, identity verification’s, money laundering checks, you name it, it’s gotta be checked…..

But no, Anglian Water change of address system was superfast, super efficient Teri got it sorted in like 30 seconds, & he was lovely
