When I placed my order I was kept up to date even tho I was impatient to receive my keepsake bracelets! It was reassuring to receive answers to my emails, so customer service was first class. When the order arrived, it was well packed and I put them on right away. I am thrilled with the layered look that they give me and they look fabulous!! 😊

Pretty little anklet
I ordered this anklet, as a few I have bought recently from other companies, were discoloured within a couple of days. This has arrived as expected. Yes, it took a few days but, I wasn’t in a hurry and I feel it was worth the wait. I chose the silver colour version and it’s so pretty. Sparkles in the sun! Lovely quality. The size is generous and adjustable. The size is clearly stated on the website, please measure your ankle before purchase as I’ve seen a couple of reviews saying theirs didn’t fit! I had a beautiful gold snake bracelet as a free gift which is also beautiful. I paid £23.99 and I feel it was great value for money.

How disappointing
How disappointing. Waited forever for it to come, look not very nice and does not fit big ankles. Doesn’t even go round my ankle and just fitted my daughter who hasn’t got bid ankles anyway.

Not good
The hype about this anklet is mot all its cracked up to be. Ordered the gold colour, that should 'sparkle'. Sadly its looks really brassy and dull in coliur. The fit is excellent but does not.live ip to all the advertising. Looks really tacky. Plus delivery takes ages!

Took a long time … but
Order took forever …. Presumably it was lost somewhere. However customer service replied swiftly and I felt they were trying to sort the problem out..
Eventually it arrived and while they are very small they are very nice’ it did take a few calls from me .
Delivery was not good left on front doorstep in full view for any one passing bye …. Lucky it was not taken.

Should’ve checked trustpilot first
Anklet didn’t fit. Refund will be less 20% ‘restocking’ fee plus post & packaging. Good will gesture £10 store credit & I can keep the anklet that DOESNT fit! Save your money, use someone with a transparent policy.

I ordered one ankle bracelet and two bracelets. I didn’t release they were different sizes and ordered them.I emailed Amora about the mistake.They offered to refund me straight away. Very helpful and friendly.

Firstly my order took 16 days to arrive.
I ordered the anklet after they claimed online it will fit larger ankles. It doesn’t. They also sent me a free bracelet which would probably only fit a child. Total waste of money

Dishonest company!! Don't waste your money
If I could leave a 0 star review I would.
After waiting weeks for my order to arrive it finally come which I was so looking forward to after seeing all the posts they advertised, only for the anklet chain to break within 24hrs of wear.
I reported to customer service with the photos as requested and they obviously apologised and told me they would send a replacement out to me and a follow up email with the shipping details would be sent to me within the following 24hrs.
After 2 weeks of chasing them for answers the last email I received 5 days ago Sarah from customer service replied telling me my shipment was at the final sorting facility in Braintree, which is obviously another lie as it would have been delivered by now!
Yet I still have no response and no anklet!
I have also requested a refund as they are constantly lying about where the product is.
Dishonest company that spouts lies to cover lacking product.

I bought an ankle chain from @amorakeepsakes and the quality is absolutely appalling. It lasted a grand total of TWO days before the crystal fell right out. Absolute crap quality for an expensive item.
But what’s even worse is their shocking customer service and refusal to give me my money back on my card.
Look at the hypocrisy between what they promise on their website vs. what they actually do:
📖 Their Official Stated Policy:
"Defects or quality issues, of course, are always covered under our Damaged Items policy... We'll resolve this as quickly as possible, either with a replacement or a full/partial refund"
💬 Their Actual Response to Me:
"The resolution we are able to offer is a full refund in the form of store credit... This remains our final resolution in accordance with our policy."
They completely refuse to refund the money back onto my payment card, completely ignoring UK Consumer Law AND their own terms and conditions just to trap my money in their store.
Save your money and do not trust this site—appalling quality and they won't give you your money back when it breaks!

I wouldn't recommend buying from this company based on my experience.
The item was marked as "dispatched", but 9 working days later the tracking still says it's waiting for the item to be received by the courier. This doesn't match what I was told, and I've been left wondering whether it has actually been sent.
The company presents itself as a UK business, so I expected much quicker processing and dispatch. Instead, I've experienced long delays with little clarity about what's happening.
If there are genuine delays, I'd much rather the company was honest and transparent rather than marking orders as dispatched before they've entered the courier's network.
Overall, this has been a disappointing experience, and I would think twice before ordering again.
Until the item actually arrives, I can't comment on the product itself—but the ordering and dispatch experience has been poor enough that I can't recommend the company.

Amora Anklet
I bought the Amora Anklet for my holiday and I'm honestly so glad I did. There was a slight delay because of their material manufacturer, but they kept me updated and it still arrived in time before I flew out. I've had it on ever since and I'm absolutely in love with it. It catches the light beautifully and sparkles so much in the sun. I've even worn it in the pool and at the beach and it still looks perfect. Definitely one of my favourite holiday purchases!
