I purchased a 3 bracelets (6 total with bogof) for my Mom, she loved them, even though she had to reduce the size of some of them as she's quite thin. However after a month or so she noticed that on the inside they were becoming tarnished, with the gold plating coming away revealing the true silver.

It is a real shame, and it has happened to all of them that she has worn.

Now she doesn't wear them at all.

I wish I hadn't have spent all this money on these items before reading the reviews regarding the tarnishing. But tbh I don't know jewelry very well and don't know what to look out for.

I had an issue with a couple
Of items and contact customer service, the service I received was fabulous, communication and the resolve of the issue was brilliant, love the items also, would purchase again

I placed an order and received the goods. However a part of the set was missing. I got in touch with customer service. Sarah was lovely, understood the problem asked a few questions and now she has helped to arrange the missing parts to me.
The goods I did receive I absolutely love, and they will be on my ankle and wrist as if permanently attached.

My bracelet broke and I contacted amora as I only had it for a month and they quickly sorted a replacement for me very happy

Bought 2 anklets one was faulty, connected Amora who said they would replace , and I had the same issue as other reviews no free gift with my order also said they would send out , just keep getting the same email blaming EVRI but checking with EVRI the order has not been sent out, going to contact my credit card to help with refund as one of the anklets is faulty , wish I had read the reviews before getting involved with this company

Fabulous customer service with prompt responses, and incredible attention to detail. I can’t wait to get these pieces in and make them a part of my daily wear!

T he ankle chain was exactly as described and fitted my swollen ankles perfectly

Customer service were absolutely brilliant, fast to respond to my emails. I had a problem with my bracelet, they rectified it immediately without hesitation or charge. Makes a refreshing change to have an honest service. Cant fault it. The bracelet i bought was beautiful too, loads of compliments, I cant stop looking at it on my wrist....😍😍😍

1st class service, my order came really quickly. I sent an email to them and got a very prompt courteous and kind reply. The bracelet I ordered was absolutely gorgeous. Superb craftsmanship. I highly recommend trying their jewellery.

If you need to return their items, you do not stand a chance. They will send you -

This is in breach of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Do not buy from this company. My jewellery tarnished within a week and smelt of rust. I got in touch with customer service who said they would send a replacement which was over 6 weeks ago and still nothing. They send me nothing but excuses and won't refund my money. They are expensive for cheap material and they keep your money. Stay away from this company

i have always liked wearing an ankle chain , these are stunning , Have beautiful packaging and design . I have on now but will be wearing them alternately on my holiday abroad , absolutely a brilliant buy , and delivered swiftly. Thank you

Ordered the beautiful anklet with the free snake bracelet, had a small issue with delivery no fault of the company. Contacted them by email received a reply instantly offered a replacement or refund . Would highly recommend great communication can't wait to receive my item as.
