Front and back doors
From the first introduction to the final fitting, the service has been fantastic.
Ian came at 8am introduced himself and got on with fitting the front and back doors. Super friendly, very professional and tidied up after himself.
Would definitely recommend amber windows.

Windows and front door
Recently had our windows and front door replaced by Amber windows. The service has been amazing from start to finish. They cannot do enough. Always checking in to see how things are going. Special thanks to Ian Reeves who was the fitter! Absolutely credit to him. He kept all areas clean and tidy. Had a laugh and made my and my partner really comfortable. The finish of the work he has done is 10/10! No mess. Polite and professional. Would highly recommend Amber and Ian!! Thank you!

Had a very small problem
Had a very small problem when the windows were fitted on the 10th of June.Within 3 days a representative of the company came assessed the problem and organised new replacements.Gave us a date 14th July to change the faulty ones.14th July.A man arrived today said the scratches were due to hammering in the beading.Changed them over very quickly,he is a credit to the company.

We've had all new windows throughout…
We've had all new windows throughout our home and can honestly say they look amazing.... Ian was the fitter who has done it all on his own during the hottest week of the year and he was fabulous.... Was always early each day... Never once stopped for breaks..... Did anything extra I may have asked for.... Corrected a few little things that were very minor..... Very pleasant man.... The job was started on time and everything was cleaned and tidied away each day.... All credit to Ian.... Thankyou Amber Windows for delivering what you promised... Definitely recommend!

Sales calls
My father, a pensioner had windows installed from amber windows. The installers did a brilliant job. Only issue now is the sales people keep calling again and again. Several times I have told the company please don't call( latest was yesterday at 4pm )at different times of the day as my father struggles to get up. Also he keeps getting disturbed when he is asleep. Today they just called again when after I was told they will remove his name from the list. I am not the one who leaves negative reviews but I hope someone else will read this.

if we have received a deposit via a card, cash or cheque that is refundable due to an order not completing, this would be refunded via a bacs payment.
In order to do this can you contact our head office via 01675437800, we shall need your account details : Name, Address, Sort Code & Account number in order to make a direct payment to you. This needs to be in written format as we cannot accept account numbers over the phone. You can email these details to compliance@amber-windows.co.uk
We do not keep customers monies placed on an order that hasnt progressed into survey and manufacture. This can be done withing 48 hours of receiving details and I apologise if you have not been told this and any inconvenience caused

Fantastic Company to deal with. From start to finish Paul, who we initially met to talk about having the windows and doors replaced was excellent. Windows are fantastic quality sales and surveyor where brilliant and when it came to fitting Mark came and fitted them himself and he couldn't have done a better job . we are thrilled with the whole experience and love our new windows and doors . We will certainly recommending them to friends and family and if we ever need anything else doing in terms of roofline etc we will be using this company again

Stop calling people who have already said no - repeatedly
The window and door fitters do a great job, but the sales ream need to improve. Despite telling several callers who don't give their name ('just a Manger at Amber calling') very clearly that we have no budget to purchase further Windows and doors because we both got made redundant, we still keep getting calls from them each month. Last time they called I tried to get the message across yet again very clearly that it would be several years before we could buy again, they still try to rinse you each month. over inflated prices too. Stop calling me, and stop calling my husband - PLEASE!!!!
