Welcome to Amber Home Improvements! We appreciate you considering us for your home improvement needs. At Amber Home Improvements, we believe in building trust with our customers through open communication and exceptional service. Honest Feedback is Key: While online review platforms can be a resource, we prioritize gathering genuine feedback directly from our valued clients. This allows us to have a personalized conversation with each customer, address their specific needs, and continuously improve our services. Why Unlike Our Competitors We Don't Participate with a Paid Service on Trustpilot: We've made a conscious decision to prioritize organic, un-incentivized feedback. Unfortunately, some online review platforms allow for paid or manipulated reviews, making it difficult to ensure authenticity with Trustpilot being the main culprit. Looking for Real Customer Insights? Head over to our website at https://www.amberwindows.co.uk/reviews-testimonials/ to read genuine testimonials from past clients who have experienced our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction first-hand by actually purchasing a product from us which would you believe is not a requirement of Trustpilot's process. Ready to Get Started? Contact us directly at www.amberwindows.co.uk and let's discuss your project! We're confident we can deliver the quality improvements you deserve for your home.

Had a new bay window installed. Ian Reeves was the fitter on his own. He did a great job & was respectful of my property & cleaned up after he’d finished. He also came last year to fit me 3 windows upstairs & did a great job then. Overall I’m very satisfied with the window & the workmanship.

Would not recommend this company - ridiculously expensive!

Please please check out other companies before going with this company. They charged me £7,000 to get two bay windows fitted!

They were really pushy and the consultation lasted 3 hours after the end of the presentation you can’t think for yourself and just went ahead with the purchase, I think that is the tactic they use spending so long and quoting all these figures and price cuts and quoting ridiculous prices to start with that you think you did a bargain but actually you didn’t and got ripped off.

I would not go back to them for anything else and would ask people to keep away from this company.

They were so nice at the point of sale but as soon as there were issues and I sent in a complaint they were so rude. On top of that there were issues around charging me extra then not wanting to give me the money back for it. But the worst thing to be honest was the customer service. I had some issues and I emailed in a formal complaint and I had a call from someone senior and honestly he was so rude so absolutely rude about the complaint and the whole thing.

All I can say is that I would never recommend this company, I think they rip people off and I wish I had shopped around I would have saved myself thousands, please just look around and get other quotes.

Highly recommend Amber Windows

So pleased we chose Amber Windows to replace our two 40+ year old hardwood / aluminium bay windows with the latest agate grey upvc flush fit. They look fantastic, inside and out. Has been a great experience from initial sales consultation, survey, and install (thank you Richard & Steve for a 1st class job). Promised dates and times by all were kept, quote was honoured with no hidden extras, and disruption was kept to an absolute minimum, with great care taken at all times, including final clean-up and clearing of all waste. Highly recommend Amber Windows for quality, price, and workmanship.
