Happy to recommend Amber and Ian the installer they were friendly and professional from start to finish ..

Kevin Kelsey arrived bright and early to fit my windows. He was friendly polite and very knowledgeable. The work was carried out to a great standard. Any problems encountered were dealt with professionally and competently. I was very pleased and appreciated that he tidied up afterwards. A very good experience.

Kevin Kelsey was our installer for 2 windows on the rear of the property. He was polite and very friendly. Removed the blinds and put them back up for us. Fantastic service as was our previous install. Great product that has transformed our property. Thank you to all at Amber.

The choice of doors was superb and we were offered a discount to sign on the spot which brought the price down to about average. The door was fitted in about 2 hours and the site was left clean and tidy. So far so good.
BUT the door whilst looking good is a lot narrower than the wooden one it replaces which we weren’t told about. And they made a mess of the render around the door frame and the patching up they did is nothing like the smartly curved and stippled finish it was before. ALSO we were promised certification etc in the post and despite my reminder NOTHING for two months! Won’t be asking them back.

Had a new door fitted in by Kevin Kelcey today and needed a lintel. Outstanding knowledge and workmanship and customer communication - went out way to check what we wanted and went over an above . Can’t fault and a credit to trade and your company. THanks you sooo happy with the final fit .

The work was carried out to a very high standard. Ian the fitter arrived on time and installed the windows and doors without much disruption to the household. I was extremely pleased with the cost of the windows and doors, excellent value for money.

Rep never turned up i was really disappointed as my neighbor Jerald had a great deal.

He said as long as you don't buy on the day you get a call from someone one called tom and he gives you loads of money off.

We didnt want our rendering damaged so been putting off changing our rotting wood frames for low maintenance PVC ones but one of their fitter Kevin Kelsey was absolutely brilliant did a fantastic job and discovered had rendered over TV ariel cable but mr Kelsey cemented back in the render for us in the pouring rain. So we want him for the next window to be fitted.

Estimation & quotation was clear and concise, and price was reasonable for such a big job.

Fitters Julian & Steve were great! Prompt every day, great communication of job details throughout, and the windows and doors they fitted were to the highest standard.

Definitely recommended.

I received a quote from Amber Windows for replacement windows for a one bedroom house. For just four windows the quote was almost as much as a neighbour with a similar two bed house paid them for three doors and eight windows. The overly friendly salesman, Alfin, insisted that scaffolding was needed to install two first floor windows over a small porch. Exactly the same small porch that is on almost every house on the estate. I've just observed an Amber installer using just a ladder to install windows over the same small porch on another house on the estate. I even snapped a picture. No scaffolding in sight and yet that extra cost was added to my quote. As well as doubling the cost for each window. A single panel half opening window about 30cm wide should not cost over £1000. For that matter a three panel centre opening shouldn't cost over £1000.

The difference between my situation and those two neighbours is that I am a single woman and I have very obviously been treated as if I were stupid and gullible. A 'manager' called two days later and offered to knock £1200 off the quote. I've since had two more quotes from their competitors, both were half the price quoted by Amber. Do not use this company, and definitely do not use this company if you are a woman.

I would welcome a call from Amber Windows to apologise for how they treated me. Female customers are not stupid or ignorant. And neighbours do compare their experiences.

I am not impressed with the bland and evasive reply from Amber Windows. All houses are on the estate were built at the same time to one of three plans. Scaffolding was not included in the quote for either house with a similar small porch. Why was I treated differently?

It appears to me that Amber is a company that relies on neighbours not talking to each other or comparing experiences to add extra costs for those they think are ignorant.

I used Amber windows to replace a large bay window. The service was excellent from the sales team at the start, the Survey and the fitting. The fitter was Kevin Kasey who was extremely professional & his attention to detail was outstanding. He was knowledgeable and patient as well as being friendly.
I would highly recommend Amber Windows.

Julian and Steve were absolutely brilliant. Very professional and knowledgeable about the product. Overcame any and all obstacles. Work was completed on time and to an extremely high standard. Would recommend this team evey time.

Repeatedly calling us trying to pressure sell us something that we have not asked for and never asked them to call us. Time and again we have told them to STOP calling but still do, totally pathetic company and if we did want new windows we would NEVER go with these !!!

Ian Reeves completed our install today and has made a fabulous job. He’s arrived promptly each day, cleaned and tidied afterwards and checked we were completed satisfied with the work.

Our installer arrived in the quoted time,
Introduced himself as Ian, friendly and polite, showed me the door to confirm it was the correct one, then proceed to get on with the installation.
When he finished the installation Ian explained how the door operated, locking system etc.
Excellent, quality and workmanship, very pleased with the door and standard of overall finish.
Would have no worries in contacting Amber for another quote in the future when required and recommending to friends/ family.

I ordered my windows about two months ago and Amber were very flexible on the fitting date as I wanted the end of July. Only paid a 10% deposit when my neighbour had windows from another company and they wanted half upfront.
Ref: 123714 the fitter Ian Reeves arrived on time and was polite and professional throughout. He even took a mirror off the same wall as the new doors being fitted to stop it getting damaged.
Ian finished the fitting of the French doors to a very high standard and it was spotless when he’d finished.
I work certainly recommend Amber to anyone. I even got a courtesy call the day before fitting and the day before their surveyor came out.
