Amber Windows Omdömen

Julian and Steve were prompt and extremely helpful with the installation. Tidied up after themselves and took the time to explain all the features of the door to both myself and my wife. Excellent service from start to finish.

Julian & Steve were super friendly and great workmen to have in the house.
They’ve done an incredible job of our windows and went above and beyond for us during the install

Julian and Steve were great, very friendly. Fitted the windows quickly and efficiently.

The sales person that initially came out was very understanding that I did not like to be pressured.
Fitter Ian Reeves was friendly, polite and helpful, using dust sheets to keep dust to a minimum.
Pointed the wall were canopy had been taken down
The company was efficient from sales through to fitting.
Would recommend.

I’m So glad it was Julian & Steve doing my windows absolutely pair of stonking blokes so friendly Amber Windows you are lucky to have them

Julian and Steve were brilliant and friendly . Came early cracked on with the job , took care when working and cleared up well after themselves.
Recommend them both .

This is absolutely disgraceful and quite frankly insulting. You called us claiming you would pay us for our old windows, and that we would pay for new ones with money taken off the price. But for just two windows, you want us to pay £2,800 for replacements, while only offering a measly £44 each for our existing ones. That is nothing short of a joke.

We are not born yesterday — we fully understand inflation, material costs and labour, but this is taking things far too far. Let’s be clear: you contacted us first; you made assumptions based purely on the size of our property without any fair assessment. This quote is clearly an attempt to rip us off.

Offering such a tiny amount for our old windows while charging an inflated price for new ones is completely out of order. It feels like you think we don’t know any better, but we do. This is an appalling way to do business, and your proposal is totally unacceptable.

Let this be a warning to others: do not be fooled by their approach — they will try to take advantage and offer unfair deals if you let them.

Ian reeves done a fantastic job fitting our new doors very pleasent man knows his stuff had a laugh along the way thanks ian also amber windows so easy to order with their assistance at the office

Julian and Steve are a credit to the company and we would highly recommend them to fit your windows and doors. The professionalism is exceptional, time keeping and attention to detail were fantastic. Make sure you have loads of tea and coffee available.

I had a quote today from Amber Windows for something incident ask for (Composite Door) for £2100. And then when I asked him to quote me for the UPVC door I had requested he not only looked at me in shock he then proceeded to quote over £2800. His reasoning behind this ridiculous quote was that noone wants UPVC doors now and this is why they are now more expensive than Composite. Do Amber Windows really think their potential customers are this THICK. how they get any business is beyond me. Never again

Quick, simple and professional installation of both front door and french windows.
Tired old pvc replaced with a smart composite/wood in a low profile secure frame - the doors don't rattle or let in a draught any more!
The fitters cleaned up after themselves and were quick and polite.

Ian came and installed the windows in the best the best perfection and very friendly .

Had these guys knock on my door over 10 years ago, gave them my number for a quote and have been receiving phone calls ever since. Asked several times to have my number removed only to have the phone hung up every time.
