I love this website as it offers great promotions,and it is very user friendly. I enjoy having a bet from time to time however i am unhappy that i am not allowed to use the sportbook page, so have decided to use other sites instead.

Never had a problem with all British casino iv had some nice wins which paid out instantly 😉 enjoy most of the games.. my go to games are big bass splash and fishin frenzy... only downfall at the moment is when you hit the bonus on big bass splash the fishermen are next to none...I can't get past level 1 and the few times I have hit level 2 no fishermen in site regardless the stake.. but overall happy with this casino one if the best so far and I play on a fair few 😀

Feeling very annoyed
Been playing here a while now without any issues until yesterday. I won just over 1k, got distracted doing something else and when I looked back on to withdraw my winnings it had all but 98p disappeared. Been on live chat for hours sending bank statements, proof of address etc etc etc, they originally said I had withdrawn my winnings which I most certainly have not!
Not holding out much hope of receiving it now as it seemed everything I sent them to prove it’s was me and my account, they then needed a little bit more! Even going back to 2023 to match my bank card to my Apple Pay. Quick enough to take my money through Apple Pay but because previous bank cards have been lost and replaced they are holding my winnings back. If I do receive my winnings I will be closing my account after all this fiasco… I should have withdrawn straight away….

I completely understand why this felt stressful and annoying.
When you contacted live chat, the system showed a withdrawal request already pending to your last deposit method. As you confirmed you hadn't made that request nor that deposit, we had to treat it as a potential security issue, which is why additional checks and documents were requested.
As inconvenient as it feels at the time, this is done specifically to protect your funds. We would never want to process a withdrawal if there's even a small chance an account has been compromised.
I can see that the checks were completed this morning and the withdrawal has now been processed back to your verified, original payment method.
I appreciate your patience while this was being resolved, and I'm glad it's now been sorted safely. I wish you all the best in getting your email fully secured and recovered, so you hopefully won't have to go through something like this again.

For clarity, the trigger for you closing the account was reaching a threshold that required EDD, standard affordability and AML checksin line with UKGC regulations.
You did provide bank statements, but when follow-up questions were asked about the information provided, your response was "F** off, mind your own business, close my account."

UPDATE: Okay, so it turns out I wasn’t given a Christmas bonus even after asking nicely as a one off 🤣 nevermind!
Have been with this casino a while now, have deposited a fair bit.
Never had any issues, support is always polite and friendly.
However, it was Christmas yesterday, I would have thought maybe a Christmas bonus would have been credited or we’d have something for Christmas at least.

Fantastic site with plenty of different games to play. Depositing was easy and quick. Managed to win and withdrew some on my winnings. The bonus offers also make this a great site to choose.
