I am not impressed with All British Casino at all. I am unable to withdraw funds from my account as they require me to send a selfie with my passport. I am unable to do this at the moment as I have misplaced my passport while renovating. I already have a photo on my phone of my passport as I required it for other correspondence earlier. I uploaded this along with a photo of my bank card (back & front) & a council tax bill with my address. I was told that this wasn't enough & I must send a selfie with my passport. I asked if I could send a selfie & whomever carried out the verification would be able to compare the selfie with the photo on the passport that they already had. I was told no...I must send a selfie with my passport. I know you have to prove your identity but I feel this is just going over the score. I have never been asked by any other casino for a selfie with my passport. May I add, it beggars belief that they can't compare a selfie with the photo on my passport and see if it's the same person or not. Also why don't they ask for this when you're putting money into their casino only when you want to withdraw. I am still in the process of finding my passport. If I have no luck I will need to seek advice from my solicitor as I don't know what else I can do.

We do carry out electronic checks both on registration and during KYC, but in some cases a full manual review is needed. This can be for different reasons, such as name checks or other details that require a bit more clarity. It's only in a small number of cases where we need that extra level of verification.

No one needs both my bank account statement my actual physical id and a picture of me...All things those involved in security of information advise you not to hand out yet casinos think it is appropriate to demand these...supposedly one of the better casinos also...I have not even put a bet on yet...I am fed up of this seeming like okay things to demand in order to take your money...it is seriously intrusive and unnerving.

I get why it can feel intrusive, especially if you've been through it a few times before.
At our casino, verification is usually done electronically when all the details match. However, in your case there's a mismatch in the information you entered. The street address and your IP address doesn't match the country you selected on your account. When that happens, we do need to carry out a full KYC check.
So this isn't something we randomly "demand", it's triggered by the incorrect details provided during registration. Once everything lines up and is verified, that's it done.

I have been playing with All British Cadino for a long time as well as on other sites.
I have had wins and losses the same as with other gambling sites and last week I was fortunate to win a nice amount. I am an elastic player as I can not play for weeks then go on line and spend longer than I should. All British Casino are very good at making you aware of what you have spent and the length of time you have been playing.
I have been put on an enforced time out and at the time you think it's frustrating but I have been glad that they have done it.
On one occasion they put me on an enforced time out just when a bonus was triggered to say I was sngry was putting it midly! I contacted live chat who assured me that the game would connect exactly where it had stopped play. I didn't believe them but I have had to eat my words as when I was able to log back in the game resumed where it had been forced to stop and I got my bonus.
So I would sat they are very fair and like all these sites you are gambling and some times you lose as I have.

We've already been through this, but here we go again. You had an active self-exclusion on your original account, and then decided to create a second one with slightly altered details to get around it. That doesn't happen by accident.
You were caught during verification, exactly as intended, and the account was closed because it should never have existed in the first place. That's not us "making allegations", that's you breaching very clear rules.
Repeating the same complaint with a slightly different story doesn't change the facts. You're upset about the outcome, but this is entirely down to your own actions, not anything we've done wrong.
Might be worth learning from it instead of doubling down on here...

Quick payouts and good customer service
I found AllBritish following seeing it consistently mentioned for good customer services in online forums, active forum reps to help answer concerns and genuinely active in the wider community with regular posting to all different conversations.
As with all sites it is gambling, you win some you lose some. Some days feel like the slots are against you but that's variance and volatility and exactly why you need to set limits.
But when I have won, payout has been smooth and uneventful. Yes at some point you will need to confirm your documents and yes it feels like alot to give, but these are rules placed by uk goverment not specific company and if you are doing nothing wrong then they will have you verified in not time and from then on payouts are effortless and quick.

I'm actually curious what you mean by "dead spins", because after checking your gameplay, that doesn't quite match what happened.
You've had multiple sessions where you've played your balance well above your deposit.
For example, a £20 deposit going up to over £200, to then be played down to 0… Multiple times, you chose to keep playing rather than withdrawing.
So saying you "won"t win more than £1" is a bit of a stretch. The wins were there, you just got greedy for more.
This feels more like expectations not lining up with reality. Gambling is a game of chance, and the odds aren't in the player's favour. Probably worth having a proper look into how it actually works to avoid this kind of frustration going forward.

I've gone through your account and… this one doesn't quite add up. You’ve deposited £385 and withdrawn £350, so "absolutely nothing back" is a bit of a dramatic take, isn't it?
It gets even more interesting... The provider you've played the most shows an RTP of 121.89% on your play. That's not bad luck, that's actually very good and well above what's normally expected.
