There's something very fishy about these 5* reviews - but that aside, just a rubbish site. Difficulties right from the offset, I'd strongly suggest just going somewhere that doesn't look like it's made and ran by a 5 year old - there's certainly plenty of choice.

Just been off a live chat with Stan regarding a query for one of my settled bets. Stan had to check with the sports betting team however during this he was very pleasant and apologetic even though the wait time was very short and while waiting had a pleasant chat about our sports teams. In the end got an answer for me. Felt like I was talking to an actual person. Always said that all British casino support is a lot better than any other site

Rude customer service, indirect comments about gambling!
Poor poor site. Just checked my deposit against my withdrawals. £1700 deposited over a couple of years, with £180 withdrawn. Time to delete this site from my bank statement!
Just a quick update for ebba, who replied to my comment from this sad casino site, your job title dont entitle you to throw direct comments towards customer on your platform who have had poor experiences. Thats poor judgement and unprofessional, maybe you have no training in whatever your job title is, keyboard warrior, something like this!.
Maybe if you had more experience and more savy about life instead of direct comments about one's choices you may of thought about your comments towards an individual!

The deposit and withdrawal numbers on their own do not really tell the full story though...
I had a look through your gameplay from this year, and whilst there were no max wins, there were multiple occasions where you turned smaller deposits into significantly larger balances. For example, a £25 deposit on the 4th of April reached £235, and another £25 deposit on the 28th of March reached £303. Both balances were then fully played down rather than withdrawn.
So this is not really a case of the site being "poor". It is more a case of chasing bigger wins instead of cashing out while ahead, which is completely your choice, but not really something that can then be blamed on the casino afterwards.
I think closing your account was a good choice. Gambling should be entertainment, not an expectation of profit.
And judging by the majority of your other reviews, I do suspect you may enjoy gambling a lot more once you accept reality.

Internally, a conscious decision has been made for our Trustpilot responses to be transparent and direct rather than generic copy-paste apologies when nothing has actually gone wrong. If you scroll through our replies, you will see the exact same approach throughout.
Genuine issues are treated with the utmost care. Complaints about losing money in games of chance whilst continuing to play balances down are a different matter entirely.
Sometimes honesty feels harsher than a corporate apology, but that does not make it malicious.

Signed-up - tried to deposit and instead was redirected to support page without any indication why.
Asked in chat, and they said it was a technical glitch. Complete time waster, did not even get to play or do anything.
Also be careful about good reviews, there's a direct offer to place a review here for a bonus in your account. Clearly a breach of TrustPilot T&C. So this has been reported too.

The "technical glitch" explanation from support was a simple way of explaining that your account had been temporarily restricted for an internal review before deposits could be enabled. Checks like these are in place to help prevent misuse of the platform. Once completed, deposits and gameplay are enabled as normal.

Please do not use this company. I was recommended but what a scam. Deposit £100s of pounds over a period and no real payout, bonuses won but only a bit, enough to cover deposited amount for the game and a couple of pound more - account down by £100s if not more. Do not recommend on any level other than money withdrawn is quick but you do not get that opportunity much!!!

The bonus itself was working as intended, but entering the sportsbook or live casino section does forfeit the casino bonus as it's intended for slots only. I can understand that being frustrating if your main focus was the sportsbook side of things.
Glad to hear the support team treated you well at least, even if they couldn't override how the bonus system works.

You had an active self-exclusion on your original account and then created a second account with altered details to get around it. That is a clear breach of the rules, and the account should never have existed in the first place.
