Beware
Joined , deposited £10 . After a few little wins had a balance of £38. Withdrew back to the bank account I had deposited with . Chat said to wait 24 hours for withdrawal to reach bank. No withdrawal received however email received asking for ID, bank statements, utility bills and an undated personal pic with me holding my ID.
I understand the ID request but not the picture request. When I asked the site chat the reason for the pic request I was told they can ask for documents at time it's in T &C's.
Please be careful what you share with this site as undated pics with ID can be used fraudulently if in the wrong hands.
I haven't and don't expect to receive my withdrawal.
Unable to close the account I have placed a 5 year exclusion on it.
In my opinion this is was my account , you were happy for me to join the site and deposit without requesting any ID.
The Information you are now asking for is my personal information. I am entitled to know the 'triggers' that deem an overload of Information necessary and not to be referred to T and C's
I asked the reason for the undated selfi and got exactly the reply as below.

A truly great experience! Thought I’d give my luck a go and sign up to this casino. The whole thing is a joy, the visuals are slick and the selection of games are immense! I'm sorry to hear the withdrawal process didn't go quite as smoothly as you were expecting.
I've had a proper look into your account, and I can hopefully clear up the confusion.
At the time you contacted our live chat, no documents were required, which is why the agent gave you that information. It wasn't until your withdrawal reached the processing stage that your account triggered a name verification check. The reason for that was simply that you signed up using a nickname rather than your full name which caused a mismatch.
The good news is that your documents have now been reviewed. If you could log into your account and pop onto live chat, just let the team know you're logged in and they'll be able to look at getting your withdrawal processed as soon as possible.

Not to mention regarding my previous review that I deposited money without playing it and tried to take it back & then they requested documents - untouched deposit guys, locked my account and profited off a players money which breaches their license. Had to report to ADR because they won't win.
And regarding other sister sites it was same there, they stole my deposit so avoid HYPERcasino & PUBcasino too guys as it's them.

You're still claiming we "stole" your deposit, but you've once again left out the rather important detail...
In your own words, you asked us to "return my £££££ worth of deposits from my partners account."
I think that explains why additional checks were required far better than your review does.
You can spam support, leave Trustpilot reviews and report us all you like. It doesn't change the facts.
We've held our UKGC licence for over 10 years for a reason, and we're not about to ignore the regulations just because you decided to not comply with the terms.

Made me wait 12 hours after requesting a withdrawal before emailing me at 5am demanding multiple documents including a selfie of myself and photo of my card - absolutely sickening and they’ve now stole my money

Interestingly, I can't actually find an account matching the name on this review, so I'm left responding based on what you've claimed.
Requesting proof of ID, proof of address, a payment method and a selfie is standard KYC under our UKGC licence when additional verification is required.
As for us having "stolen" your money, that simply isn't how it works. If your funds are pending, all you need to do is complete the requested verification. If your funds have been confiscated, then there was a reason for that under our Terms & Conditions... a reason you've conveniently left out of your review.

Interesting... the details linked to this review don't actually match the name on the account.
I also find it a little difficult to understand the claim that we "refuse to pay out", considering there hasn't been a single deposit or bet wagered on the account.
As for the sign-up spins, our terms clearly state that eligibility may be restricted where bonus misuse is suspected. Based on the checks carried out, I'd say our systems worked exactly as it should.

Refusing to pay out my winnings. Been locked out of my account. They're quick enough to take your money but want every document under to sun to pay you what you win. I've given them everything they've asked for, now they want it all over again.

I'm not surprised you left out the part about the multiple accounts and different names registred on your end. That's a fairly important detail I'd say.
Your withdrawal wasn't delayed because you won. It was delayed because those discrepancies triggered additional verification checks.
As for our Trustpilot responses, I'm sorry if transparency is considered inappropriate these days. When customers accuse us of wrongdoing for carrying out checks that exist for a reason, I think it's only fair that readers get the full story. 🙂
