Basically got conned. Signed up for the welcome sports offer. No free bet appearing so contacted support and they tried to gaslight me into thinking I'd signed up for a casino offer. I 100% didn't. Don't fall for the same thing. Plenty of other good bookmakers out there

The fee isn't "dodgy", it's a standard term across the industry for licensed casinos. It only applies after a long period of inactivity and is clearly stated in the Terms & Conditions.
If you're curious, try a quick Ctrl + F in the terms of pretty much any other licensed casino and search for "inactive" or "dormant", you'll find the same thing 🙂

As others have said I signed up and played £10 to be told that management have decided at their discretion not to allow bonuses on my account. Just wish they had a little pop up to advise me of this first.

Happy to take your money as a deposit then make it extremely difficult to withdraw.
I asked for funds to be reversed to original bank account that made the deposit and they held my funds ransom until i supplied everything. Once I did they were still not happy.
Now to find out after inactivity they charge £10 per month admin fee per month.

"Happy to take your money, difficult to withdraw" in your case, actually translates to happy to agree to the terms, then unhappy when breaching them has consequences.
You were asked for basic KYC documents back in 2022 and have refused to provide them since.
That's usually only an issue when there's something to hide, which tracks, considering you also admitted that one of the payment methods used wasn't in your name.
So no, nothing was held "ransom". You were asked for standard verification, refused, disappeared for years, and are now upset that the terms you ignored still apply.
It's funny how it's always the ones shouting the loudest who have the most to hide. Avoid! 😅

The only word to describe this review is, delusional.
"If you don't ever want a payout"… that's an interesting take, given your actual account history says otherwise.
You deposited £180 and withdrew £110. Not exactly the hallmark of a site that "never pays out". 😅
You played two games. Mainly Fishin' Frenzy The Big Catch, a medium-volatility slot, where your personal RTP is 99.98%. That's objectively quite good.
The other game you played was Big Bass Vegas Double Down Deluxe, which is rated with the highest volatility by Pragmatic Play. Big wins there are rare by design. Odds of hitting over 1,000x are around 1 in 168,000. Having a few smaller wins and nothing massive is… completely normal.
Given that most of your reviews follow the exact same script across multiple casinos, this feels less like a "diabolical site" and more like an unrealistic expectation of how gambling works.
