A few things to clear up, because this one's more confusing than factual.
First, x35 wagering isn't "ridiculous". It's pretty standard across the industry.
Secondly, the bonus wasn't "set up to cancel easily", you cancelled it. Repeatedly.
By either trying to withdraw or entering live casino, despite being clearly warned (more than once) that doing so would forfeit it.
There's also a rather large pop-up stating "By clicking proceed the bonus will be lost and available cash will be transferred to the Live Casino."
You pressed "PROCEED". Twice. But sure, we take full acountabillity for YOUR actions. 😅
Despite this, support re-added the bonus twice as a goodwill gesture. Each time, the wagering continued from where you left it, not reset. It shows as 0% because it's added as a new bonus. That was explained politely by the agent, but it didn't seem to land.
Calling support "rude" after they've politely re-added bonuses you forfeited yourself is… a take.

On the withdrawal fee: in rarer cases a 5% processing fee can apply if a deposit hasn't been wagered once before a withdrawal is requested.

BEWARE!!! Winnings withheld based on filmsy excuse
I opened an account with All British Casino, completed verification, deposited £500, and placed a small number of sports bets. I won approximately £1,300 and requested a withdrawal.
Following this, my account was closed. My deposits were refunded, but my winnings were confiscated. The stated reason was alleged use of a “VPN or IP masking technology”.
I did not use a VPN. I submitted a Subject Access Request, which showed that all betting activity and the withdrawal request were made from my normal Irish residential IP address. There was a single brief login session from a different IP during which no bets or transactions took place. This was later classified as “IP masking”.
Changes in IP address are common and normal, particularly when switching between home Wi-Fi and mobile data, or due to ISP routing methods such as carrier-grade NAT (CGNAT). These scenarios do not involve deliberate VPN or proxy use and are known to be misclassified by automated detection tools.
I followed the operator’s full complaints process and escalated the matter to their ADR (CasinoReviews) and then to the Malta Gaming Authority. The ADR upheld the operator’s position on the basis that any IP classified by third-party tools as masked constitutes a breach, regardless of intent or impact. The MGA confirmed it could not intervene further once ADR had ruled.
I am leaving this review to document my experience so that other players are aware that winnings may be forfeited based solely on IP classification, even where no betting activity occurs on the flagged session.
Beware, shady tactics. I would be uncomfortable ever transacting with this site. If you end up winning and try to withdraw, they could use this excuse on you too

Thought I'd give this site a go, signed up and deposited £20 no problem. Noticed that on a Saturday a lot of games were down for "maintenance" (not a provider issue, I checked with other sites). Had a little win while playing through my £20 and decided to withdraw my £20, play with the rest and decline the bonus. Have to say at this point that any good casino would have verified my details via online sources (all the big boys do it) or asked for verification before deposit was allowed. But no, email came telling me I hadn't played my deposit through (I had) and that a 5% charge should be made and that all my documents were required for payment to be made. Sent documents, others were asked for, no acknowledgement about the 5% issue. Sent extra stuff and eventually money was paid. My issue is the way this site went about it, if you are going to ask for documents it needs to be done before any money is placed with you, if verification cannot be done then the site doesn't have to pay you that money back, unacceptable when verification can be done without this action! Have now closed the account and wouldn't use them again or promote them to anyone else.

I'm really sorry to hear the experience felt messy, and sadly I do agree with you on certain points.
We did have some issues with a couple of providers over the weekend, which were unfortunately outside of our control.
Regarding verification, we do verify electronically before deposit, that's why you were able to sign up and play straight away. However, further information can still be required at any stage. Certain activity or discrepancies can trigger a manual check later, and when that happens we're legally required to complete it. The timing wasn't ideal, I agree, but it's compliance, not us trying to make things difficult.
The first email mentioning a 5% fee was sent in error. You had already played your deposit through, so no fee should've been mentioned at all. I'm genuinely sorry about that, and I also agree the follow-up communication wasn't handled well. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and explaining it properly, you were simply sent the KYC request.
I've passed this on to the head of the relevant teams so it can be addressed.
Despite all this, we do appreciate your cooperation in providing the documents so the withdrawal could be processed.
I once again apologise for the experience.

Total scam casino L&L fraud money laundering
Total scam casino. Deposited a large amount and no payouts. Slots acting very strange and spinning for a whole minute then booting me off the game. Amazing how £5 bet and 3 scatters paid me absolutely nothing multiple times. Bad luck? Check out their other casino "pub casino" where Ebba also condescendingly replies to all reviewers warning about the same scam they are pulling there.
If you're gonna gamble, better off going to a real UK casino instead of whatever this is. Atleast you have a chance to withdraw more than £0.
Edit: Stick your kind regards up your hole. I'm not giving you my details so you can expose my gaming history on your rigged casino like you do with everyone else. What do you need to get a casino license except criminal connections, a pile of money for laundering and plenty of corruption? Having a casino license doesn't make your games unrigged.
