ALLBRANDS excellent response and service
ALLBRANDS quickly responded to my inquiry regarding hoop compatibility and was amazingly fast at shipping out my purchase.
I purchased my machine from their Houston store and always received excellent service whenever I visited. After moving away from Houston I still continue to make all my machine related purchases from them because I can count on getting the right pieces. I miss their service department where I am now.

Vintage Dressmaker Sewing Machine Maintenance…
Had a vintage Dressmaker Sewing machine which needed cleaned, oiled and a belt replaced. I am very pleased with the results. All Brands has a multi check list of about 14 items they review. Will return. Thank you.

Hi Muhiim, Can you provide us with the name that you used on checkout, and the product that you purchased? I do not see any information under your first or last name in our system.

SO SAD to say I ordered a Sewing Machine Insert with NO LIP and the sub-contractor who cut it sent me an insert WITH LIP. Needless to say, it's USELESS to me - IT DOESN'T FIT MY CABINET!!!! I tried several times contacting AllBrands who were very helpful but the sub-contractor who cuts the inserts wanted to charge me an additional $50 to fix THEIR MISTAKE! I refused and now I am stuck with a $49 sewing machine insert that I can't use! I read other reviews where the customer was completely satisfied. Apparently their insert was cut CORRECTLY. Mine wasn't - I DID NOT GET WHAT I ORDERED!!!!! I ordered 19 X 13 - what I got was 19 11/16 X 13 5/8.

Linda, we are giving you a refund for the $49.99 you paid for the cabinet insert that did not fit.
You can contact Sew Steady directly for a custom made insert which they have specified. .

Terrible Customer Service
This company was slow to respond with order confirmation, follow up e-mails, and when I was on the phone with their "customer service" the gentleman hung up on me when he didnt have any answer for my question. Based on the lack of respect from a person who represents this company and the slow responses to order confirmation and later shipping confirmation I would not do business with AllBrands again in the future, and would warn anyone to think twicw about spending their money with them.

I love my brother sewing/embroidery…
I love my brother sewing/embroidery machine. I take it in to the Baton Rouge location for routine service and the staff is always kind and helpful. The store is stocked with lots of thread, fabric and other notions that are not easy to find in other places.

My Dream Machine wasn’t sewin good. They took it in and fixed it in a timely manner. I was surprised and thankful. I’m in the middle of a quilt for a wedding present for my granddaughter and was worried that it might take a while, but it didn’t. I love AllBrands😛
