I'm just so pleased with Allbrands. I bought a floor model from the San Antonio store and loved the people who worked with me there! I've since purchased several times through the website and have always been so satisfied! You're my first location to look for additions to my embroidery tools.

This has been the worst company to get by phone, email, and get answers and any type of customer serivice that has cost me $170 dollars for mess on a single order that they duplicated, charged me twice including $9 shipping on two orders, but the first order wasn not the correct quantities where I was shorted on. The phone lines won't allow you to even leave a message because the mailbox has been full for months. I spent another $19 to mail all products that they shipped but didn't match the packing slip back to them...all items, the tracking showed the company recieved quite some time ago but my visa card has NOT refunded me either.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. My experience was poor. It's going on 11 days after the submission of my order, and I still do not have any indication of the status of my order. I have called twice and got the run-around and still no answer. I understand it is the holiday season and that there was a slow down of mail and delivery service, but my order never left the warehouse, which is unacceptable.

I will not be using Allbrands.com again.

Very impressed with A.L Brands and how they dealt with my problem.
Distribution centre they use wrongly labelled my item and I received someone else’s parcel.When I Contacted A L Brands,they acted immediately and sent me the correct item which I received the next day.I would certainly recommend A L Brands and will be using them again.

I placed an order for a sewing machine case. It arrived in an undamaged box, but the case latch was broken. It had to have been shipped that way, not damaged in shipping. I have called 3 times and spoken to Sedrick. He keeps telling me that I will hear from someone, but I never do. I have requested a refund on November 17 and more than a month later have not received one. Instead they sent me another junk case. Customer service is TERRIBLE! I guess my only solution will be to challenge it on my credit card

I wanted to take a minute to review the AllBrands Virtual Quilt Festival. Like every one of the events that I've attended, I immediately felt like part of a community, welcome and invited. The Brother events taught me so much, and I learned a great deal from vendors and influencers. These folks understand sewing, embroidery and the prople who love to do both. They're awesome!

Never recieved what I paid for. It was suppose to be here a week after I ordered.. Its a month and I am still waiting. I call... they say to leave message..Then message says mailbox is full. I have tried many many times. I try to chat. But it just sit there. No body around. I tried to email..No answer...
All I ever got was confirmation of order placed and they took my money !

I had a problem with the machine I ordered. I emailed the company for help to see if it was a user error or machine issue. I was emailed back right away with suggestions to help. At one point even the company President emailed me trying to help. I ended up sending the machine back and they sent out a new one to me right away. This one started up right away no issues. I would like to thank this company for the best customer service experience. I have several other Items I intended on purchasing I will now be purchasing them all from this company.

Due to an error on my part, Allbrands worked with me to untangle multiple orders and arrange for refunds. They communicated with me promptly and politely. I will use Allbrands again for other purchases

Bought an expensive Luminaire floor model. I drove an hour and a half to buy/order it then again 4 days later to pick it up as it was at another store and had to be shipped to them. Got it home and plugged it in and saw in had a high stitch count of just shy of 4 million. Okay I thought but as long as it been take care of I can handle that. It hasn’t. I don’t think it has ever been serviced. First thing I noticed was there were about 2 to 3 dozen files saved in the embroidery file pocket. So I moved on... I checked the bobbin case and is was so filthy and was full of lint and thread. I took photos of everything. Spent ten thousands dollars and they didn’t even service the machine. I do not blame the store I picked it up at, it had been shipped to them. They lady even walked thru the unboxing with me explaining they are not allowed to open the box without the customer present to make sure everything was there. I wasn’t able to stay for the class so the shop had no idea it hadn’t been serviced.
I will take it my local shop sewing authorized dealer and pay more to have them go over it completely and pray I got what I paid for. I’m heartbroken. A machine I was so excited to buy now just leaves me feeling taken advantage of. I won’t do business with allbrands again after this. When people pay a lot for a machine they expect an experience that shows the company cares.

My first time purchasing at allbrands.com and I must say this has been the first time I’ve ever gotten the best I’m talking about amazing customer service! I purchased my machine in the Baton Rouge LA location. Robert who I believe is the manager was the one who went above and beyond for me to get the machine I needed. I couldn’t be more happier with my Experience at all brands.com thanks to Robert Hall. I will definitely shop again ! Allbrands.com have an amazing team on their hands! The prices are amazing and everyone is so friendly ! Thanks again Robert for you help!!

Not sure which recent experience you’re talking about. Generally I am very happy with Allbrands. However quite disappointed that they offer coupons in the emails that are only good online. Seems like they would want to support the stores and allow you to use the coupon there too. Also when seeing that other dealers around the US were offering a discount on ordering the XP one upgrade along with the magnetic hoop, I was disappointed to find out that Allbrands wouldn’t give any sort of discount.

I knew pretty much what sewing machine I wanted. Salesman showed the pros & cons of the 2 machines I was looking at.

Always friendly and helpful service my local Allbrands. Also offers great instructional videos and helpful info.

I have always had good service from All Brands and enjoy their products.

Love purchasing from Allbrands. So easy to place an order, and shipping charges are quite reasonable. Pkgs arrive quickly, too.
