Alexanders Removals & Storage Omdömen

Service was professional and efficient. The team was in and out within an hour.

From requesting a quote to removal day itself, the service from Alexanders was excellent. Communication was first class throughout thanks to Ewa and our office move went extremely smoothly. We can't recommend Alexanders highly enough.

From initial contact, to visiting/quoting and through to the move itself Alexanders lived up to their constant mantra to me of “we are here to take all the stress of moving away from you”. Justyna was excellent as our customer liaison manager and the guys who packed and moved us this week were absolutely brilliant. They worked so incredibly hard and with such friendliness and helpfulness. Alexanders really did make the whole process so easy and stress free. Just perfect.

The whole team were efficient and friendly, helping to alleviate the inevitable stresses of moving.

Great experience from first phone call to last box moved!
Alexanders moved our office at very short notice, with an ever changing list of requirements, but were extremely helpful throughout the process. The moving team were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone moving house or office.

Kris and his team were exceptional. We couldn’t be happier with the service. The team were so fast, efficient and lovely to deal with.

Have used Alexander’s several times. Reliable movers, great service.

The second time I have used Alexander’s - and what an absolute pleasure. Friendly, professional and efficient staff, making moving a breeze. I wouldn’t use anyone else, and would recommend without hesitation!

Moving house is never fun but Alexanders made it as easy as possible for us. Our renovations were delayed and the moving date changed several times- our move manager Justyna went out of her way to help us reschedule every time and had infinite patience with our many, often panicked, requests. When the day finally came the crew were efficient and courteous, despite having to move in 300 hundred boxes in a building site with builders at work. I hope never to move house again but will be recommending Alexanders to anyone who does. Thank you!

Alexander's were incredibly helpful at each stage of the moving process; from quotes to booking to moving. On the day, the moving team were friendly and did a fantastic job at each end of the move.

Alexanders provided a phenomenal service to my husband and I during our recent move to the Guildford area. The team was incredibly professional, friendly, diligent about their work and careful with our valuables and belongings. This is the second time we have moved with Alexanders and I would use them again in the future without hesitation. Service and value for price is exceptional!

The team at Alexanders were friendly and professional in equal measure, quickly helping us to pack up, store and then unpack all of our things. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic experience with Alexanders Removals and Storage. From the very first phone call, the booking process was incredibly efficient and straightforward. The office team was so helpful, patiently answering all of our questions and helping us manage some trickier logistical challenges. On moving day, the crew was brilliant—they were professional, friendly and worked tirelessly to get us packed up and moved, all in one day. Everything was handled with care, and they made what could have been a stressful day feel completely seamless. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I can’t recommend Alexander’s enough. Robin and his team made a big and complicated and emotional move (with items going to different locations) so much LESS painful. They were so helpful, efficient, friendly and really went above and beyond. It has been by far the best experience of working with a moving company I have had to date and if you get Robin leading he team then you will also have lucked out! We will definitely be using them again.

We recently entrusted Alexanders with the daunting task of packing up and relocating an entire school from one site to another, and we couldn’t be more impressed.

From start to finish, their office and removal teams have been incredibly professional, efficient, and most importantly, helpful. They handled every aspect of the move with care and attention to detail, making what could have been a stressful experience completely manageable.

Their friendly and organised approach ensured everything was packed securely and transported safely. We highly recommend their services to anyone facing a big move—they truly made a challenging process feel seamless and stress-free!

Excellent service from the entire team at Alexanders. We used their services as part of a house purchase where we had very tight deadlines and could only confirm the move date with only a few days notice. Alexanders offered flexibility on the dates, which other moving companies were not prepared to do on such short notice, and our move manager Callie was fantastic in helping us coordinate everything.

On the day, the moving team were also excellent. They were both efficient and careful, all our items arrived in a pristine condition, were placed exactly where we wanted them in the new house, and there was no damage whatsoever to either property.

We had a great experience with Alexanders Removal and Storage. Their team ( Callie Collins and the Mover guys) was proactive, efficient, and handled the packing and moving of our office items smoothly. The entire process was well-organised and stress-free. Highly recommended for reliable and professional storage services.

I highly recommend Alexanders - they were extremely efficient and professional helping us with a large complicated move which was confirmed at very short notice. The first visit to assess and cost our move was followed with a detailed survey two days before hand which was very reassuring as I was so daunted by the scale of our move. The removal team worked efficiently packing valuables which was essential. They were led by a strong team leader who master minded both days perfectly. And our move manager Callie was incredibly friendly and swiftly responsive to any changes and requests.

Very slick and quality service from all the team. Justyna, our move manager, was incredibly helpful and adaptable to changes we needed to make as our move date neared and kept us up to date at all times. And on move day, the onsite team were efficient and thoughtful in moving our stuff as well as helpful and considerate in working with us. Any issues were quickly identified, discussed with us and resolved very quickly. In our case getting additional people on site to make sure our deadline was met.

We worked with Alexanders when between houses for both storage and removals and they went above and beyond to make it a completely seamless and stress free experience, whilst taking great care of our belongings. Callie was super responsive and helpful with providing quotes and coordinating the whole process and answering our many many questions.
Also the pick up of boxes and materials post move was a super useful added bonus, especially in London!
