Alexanders Removals & Storage Omdömen

Alexanders provided fantastic service throughout our moving process. Their communication was excellent, and they responded quickly and were able to answer any questions we had along the way. Our actual move-day experience was fantastic. The team of movers sent to pack and move our belongings and furniture was professional, helpful, and very polite. They were also incredibly efficient, and our actual move happened way faster than we expected! While the move was efficient, there was also a lot of care put into packing and transporting our belongings. I would highly recommend Alexanders for any move and would absolutely hire them again.

I cannot recommend Alexanders Removals highly enough. From my very first call and the initial assessment with Tony, who was knowledgeable, clear and incredibly attentive to detail, through to the move itself, the whole experience was outstanding.

I exchanged dozens of emails over several weeks with Callie, the move manager, and she was absolutely brilliant throughout. Our completion dates changed multiple times due to various conveyancing issues, but no matter how many times things changed, Callie remained approachable, patient, reassuring and genuinely helpful. Having someone so calm and understanding during such a stressful and unpredictable process made a huge difference.

Then came moving day, which was, without question, one of the most stressful days of my life. We were in the middle of a chain, waiting for money transfers to go through, while simultaneously trying to manage the move — all with a dog and a cat thrown into the mix! The moving crew, led by Jake, were an absolute godsend.

Despite the lift not working and my property being on the third floor, I didn’t hear a single complaint. The whole crew were friendly, polite, professional and incredibly efficient. What impressed me most, though, was the genuine care they showed for my belongings. They took the initiative to protect and look after everything without even being asked. By that point, I was so overwhelmed that it honestly felt like they cared more about my move than I did!

They went above and beyond and made an incredibly difficult day feel so much more manageable. I was genuinely impressed by every member of the team and cannot thank them enough.

I originally chose Alexanders Removals because of their excellent previous reviews, and I can now vouch for them 100%. They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish and made the whole moving process seem so much easier.

Thank you so much to Tony, Callie, Jake and the entire Alexanders Removals team. You were fantastic. If I ever find the courage to move again, I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Highly recommend - the team really made the moving experience stress-free! I have used Alexander's R&S for packing + moving twice now and have been very happy with the process both times. Justyna & Dimitar handled the organisation pre-move clearly and efficiently. The moving crew, Aivaras & Dave, were very professional and friendly, and they packed everything to a high standard. I would certainly use Alexanders again for my moves.

Very thoughtful, very helpful, and a true end to end service. Team worked hard throughout the day and arranged my items with care and attention. Would heartily recommend Alexanders

Tomasz and team were excellent, very careful with our stuff. No hesitation in fully recommending.

Absolutely outstanding service from Alexanders Removals, I cannot recommend them highly enough!

After a truly horrible experience with another removal company, I was understandably very sceptical about using another company. The difference in standards was incredible, Alexanders Removals were in a league of their own.

The four-man team who handled my move were fantastic, professional, polite, friendly and incredibly efficient. They worked so quickly while still taking great care of my belongings and they gave me excellent advice throughout the move. Most importantly, they genuinely cared and made what had been an incredibly stressful situation feel completely effortless.

Also, a massive thank you to Callie my Move Manager who was absolutely fantastic. She was kind, compassionate and incredibly understanding and her customer service was exceptional. She made a huge difference during what had been a very difficult time.

I genuinely could not have asked for a better team, I will only use Alexanders Removals going forward and will absolutely be recommending them to friends and family.

Thank you so much to Callie and the entire team, you were amazing!

Chris plus the team were amazing, very speedy and friendly. Couldn't recommend more.

Nothing was too much trouble.
Lovely people.

Justyna and Martin were friendly and professional. Ours was a complex move and needed a premium service. It was worth every penny - we’re delighted with how the move went!

I've used Alexander's before and that's why I chose them this time. Chris plus team did the move. Really excellent. Very quick, efficient, and took good care of all my stuff. (I paid for the packing service).

I have used Alexanders in four moves over the years and they are competitive, friendly and reliable.

I’ve dealt with many moving companies. Alexander’s and their whole team is superb. Truly the most professional, responsive, reliable and excellent. I’m only using them from now on! Also, great value for money.

We received brilliant and very responsive support from Ewa in the lead up to our move, and Kris & his friendly team did a wonderful job on the day packing up all our possessions and ensuring everything arrived in excellent condition. Alexander’s really took the stress out of a big move with a baby

The team was amazing! They arrived on time and started the packaging without stressing me about anything. Infact they were doing it at supersonic speed. And were meticulous and very organized in the same. The next day they arrived half an hour early to the specified time and did the loading and unloading to my new house without any hiccups.
