Alexanders Removals & Storage Omdömen

The Alexanders Group Team - From the admin management team (Ewa), to the moving agents (Alex and Ruiz) - were really helpful and professional throughout the removal process. This was my first removal and storage experience, and they have made it easy. I will definitely be using their services again!

I used Alexanders Removals for our recent Central London office move and I could not be any happier with the AMAZING service I received! Any email queries were responded to promptly, politely and professionally whilst arranging the details of the move, and the moving team on the day (Aleksandar and Luiz) were friendly, professional and worked so quickly and carefully. I would absolutely recommend them to others, and will certainly use them again for any other removals or storage needs we may have in the future! Thanks Team!

Alexanders have been great through and through.
The survey for removal/ storage was f2f and quick.
They were very responsive and also competitive re. creating a quote.
And the movers / packers did an excellent job on the day - efficient, careful, even joyful.
Thoroughly recommend.

I moved house back in 2019 with a company called Friendly removals. They came to my home and assessed my items and a contract was drawn up. Packaging, removal and storage. Alexandersgroup took over from Friendly removals and moved the items into their facility. Over time I spent £7k approximately. On removal of items , I would say 90% damaged or broken, including mildew, mould and moth eaten. Alexander’s offering £300 compensation. They packed the unit. Photos from my collection team show items packed so tightly together and heavily on top of each other. Alexandersgroup claim no water egress or pest infestation in either unit but the damage didn’t come from my end as my items were checked before collection. According to the Consumers Act they are responsible but are sticking to their exclusions of ‘ we are not liable for pest and water damage’. Having spent £7k to be offered £300 is insulting . Please don’t use them.
UPDATE 17/03/26
This issue has now been resolved with an improved settlement and a promise to investigate and address why things went wrong . It is unfortunate that I had to give such a low rating on this platform to have this addressed. Finally I found someone who listened to my concerns for which I am grateful.

After our first move, I had book Alexanders again! The team are really lovely and helpful and will always help no matter what. Extremely communicative and the team that help you move on the day are attentive, knowledgeable. Already booking them for our 3rd and 4th move this year.

Alexander's were fantastic at moving us out of a flat in London out to the countryside. Our move manager, Callie, was very responsive to questions in the lead up and making sure everything went smoothly. On the day, the team moved at super speed, packing up everything (including wardrobe and cupboard contents) efficiently and nothing was too much of a problem with there being two different drop off locations. Would definitely recommend!

The office/workshop move went amazingly, your guys made the whole experience so streamlined and they were patient, quick and happy to offer extra help wherever it was needed. Thanks so much!

Alexander's were exceptional; Justyna was our move manager and she was very clear and helpful at every stage of the process. The crew on the day were friendly, adaptable and super efficient; they packed everything safely and then moved it out of our narrow flat exit with ease. We were moving into storage and they were very efficient unloading everything too. Would highly recommend!

I want to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for helping us on with our mini move. Ivan and his colleagues have been so good on the day of the move- got on with the job and did not stop until all was done. They truly deserve a star for their hard work.
Also thank you to Justyna for taking all my calls and dealing with all ad hoc requests. Much appreciated.

Aivaras, Dumani and Alex were first class. Friendly, professional, efficient and made our moving day way less stressful than it otherwise would've been. They even helped our seller's removal people at the end of the day, helping to make our move as smooth as possible. Thank you guys - we appreciate you!

I am so glad we chose Alexanders Group. Not only were their rates competitive, they managed the process perfectly and on the day of the move worked fast and efficiently. The staff that did the work gave everything. Well done!

Outstanding service. I cannot recommend Alexanders more highly. The level of attention to detail is exceptional. They are not the cheapest I won't lie but if you value peace of mind, reliability, professionalism and quick responses to any concerns or issues - You're not gonna go wrong :)

It was a really smooth experience working with Alexander's group, really professional and convenient. Thanks, Justyna and team, for the excellent service.

We had an excellent experience with Alexanders Group from start to finish.

Communication with Justyna was incredibly easy and clear, which made the entire preparation process stress-free.

The moving crew was extremely professional, efficient, and quick, while still paying great attention to all of our belongings. They handled everything with care, and worked seamlessly throughout the move. We were also very happy with the disposal service, which was handled just as smoothly and professionally.

Overall, a fantastic experience — highly recommended!

A fantastic and smooth experience from booking to the move. Excellent customer service from Justyna and the guys that came to do the removals on today!

We had a wonderful experience with Alexanders Removals. All the communication before with Ewa was very easy and simple. The removers were polite, efficient, helpful.
This a a very trustful company, with kind and reliable people.
They don't let you down, even when you need them to pick up all the boxes after the removal.
I highly recommand them, and I'm sure I'll take them again if we have another removal.

Although I initially had some issues with this company, they were ultimately highly responsive and customer centered. The packing of all my items was careful and organized, and everything arrived safely!

The most incredible and easy way to move.

Justyna my dedicated move manager was great from the get go and the crew that came on the day couldn't have been more careful with my belongings. Worth every penny, a completely stress free move.

The whole service was excellent at all stages. The surveyor was efficient and so were the crew who came to pack and move my effects.
