Alexanders Removals & Storage Omdömen

Eva was always very accommodating and helpful. Communications were very good. Everything, every step was explained, I knew what was happening. I knew I could trust them to get all my stuff moved across country. Everything went very well, I was very pleased.

Alexanders were really flexible with the endless completion dates we had to propose. We opted for the packing and moving service which was entirely worth it and made moving with a toddler very calm and easy. Special mention to Callie for flexibility on the moving dates and Robin & his team for the packing up and down really quickly and efficiently.

Great services as always! Our account manager Justyna was great in getting everything ready for moving day, and Lukasz and his colleague got everything packed up so quickly and were helpful with the few extra things that needs to be disposed off.

Would definitely recommend Alexanders and will be using again the future!

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Everything was turned around incredibly quickly - from the initial call, to receiving the quote, to final confirmation - all within just a few hours, which was hugely impressive.
Even with the office move scheduled at less than 48 hours’ notice, the whole process felt completely smooth and well managed. The team were professional, efficient, and clearly very experienced, which gave us real confidence throughout.
On the day itself, everything ran exactly as planned with no issues at all. It was a stress-free experience thanks to how well organised and responsive the team were.
We’re very happy with the service and would absolutely use them again in the future.

Very efficient and communicative, they also went the extra mile with a smile and made the entire process very smooth.

I've used Alexander's for three different moves. Communication with the team has always been clear and helpful. The movers are punctual, quick, and careful. Great service all round.

Great service and good communication. Have used Alexander Removals for multiple moves.

My experience with Alexanders was excellent all round. Justyna, my customer liaison manager scheduled and arranged everything perfectly. I had bespoke move requirements ..a large number of heavy bookcases which were full to overflowing & I needed all the books and papers carefully packed and then unpacked and put back in the right bookcases at the other end. Everything was done as agreed. I would highly recommend my crew Radek and Kacper…. Well done guys!

Excellent service. They packed my stuff really well, took and stored it for 6 months, then helped to load it on to a courier truck to France. Excellent comms & nice people.

Alexanders were professional and polite to deal with. They were on time with friendly staff and helped me move 3 times in 6months with storage.

We had a great experience (twice) with Alexanders, our move manager Justyna went above and beyond to help us out. Professional and great customer service; would highly recommend.

Justyna & Gary were very professional and the house moving guys are very meticulous and careful with the fragile items, making sure everything is packed safely and delivered to the destination on time.

Very satisfied with Justyna & Gary’s service.

Everything went very well with our move. The guys arrived on time and everything was unloaded and unpacked perfectly. A great job

Kris and his team were very professionally, hardworking and friendly. They really took all the stress out of our move by safely and quickly packing up the contents of our home for storage ahead of shipping. From the initial survey conducted in person by Martin, who was also very friendly and professional, to the enquiries directed to excellent and helpful account manager Lisa, to the actual move conducted by Kris and his fantastic team - the whole process was very smooth and we would definitely recommend them for your move.

Robin and Justyna are top professionals, through and through. They are prompt, thoughtful and fast and provide great service. I’m surprised that our move went as smoothly as it did, thanks to the entire team. No need to look elsewhere and I will be contacting them in my next move, for sure.

We’ve been using Alexander’s for 30years. Our first move into our house. Completion was delayed and only went through late on a Friday. Our team called in the other teams (who’d all finished for the day) and it was all done in super quick time.
On Monday, the team moved some things we’d had in storage back to the house. Once angain, Alexander’s crews were punctual, careful and helpful. Overall they are super competent and diligent.

STOP!
BEFORE CONSIDERING A REMOVAL COMPANY…
DO NOT USE ANY COMPANY OTHER THAN
Alexanders

Right from the get go Justyna guided me through the process, was extremely efficient, friendly and kept in contact throughout.
A stressful two day move was perfectly orchestrated by Michael who was amazing and ploughed through any problems that occurred without blinking an eye, keeping the whole team together and on time from start to finish.

Could not recommend more highly!
Thanks to everyone involved!

Excellent service. Great team, very efficient!
Stress free move. Thanks to all.

I highly recommend Alexander’s for your storage needs. We’ve used them for the past two years and have consistently received excellent value and customer service. I want to give a special thank you to Justyna Szwajda, who went above and beyond for us. Since we weren't local when it came time to empty our unit, Justyna coordinated the entire process—arranging for items to be donated and ensuring IT equipment was securely disposed of. She turned a stressful logistics situation into a seamless experience!

Excellent in all areas quote, office and movers on moving day . Polite , helpful , no job too much effort .
