Alexanders Removals & Storage Omdömen

Fantastic team to work with. I recently used Alexanders to assist in the removal of Heavy Devices on my client Site. Great team - I would highly recommend and will be using them again.

The team at Alexander’s provide a first rate service.
The packed up my flat in no time at all.
As ever all house moves come with surprises, as did mine, however my team of movers took charge of the situation and I was moved into my new home without fuss.

Robin and his crew were polite, careful and fast. Five minutes after the start of the move I knew the move would go smoothly.

Moving house is traumatic, but it was such a relief when Alexanders Removals made it so easy. They were on time, very professional, efficient, and polite. And their fees were very reasonable.
I have no hesitation but to recommend them 100%.

Thank you ever so much to Justyna, Zibi and all the team at Alexanders for going above and beyond, as always and providing exceptional service. We are ever so grateful and really appreciate it!

We received nothing but a friendly and professional service from Tony and Callie, and felt confident that our move would be handled with care. It was a great service from quotation right through to the boxes being collected after the move, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Many thanks again

Robin and his crew helped me move my items out of storage and unpacked. They were speedy and professional. I’d highly recommend Alexanders for moving and storage.

Super professional and helpful. Assisted with a really complicated move with items going to 3 different destinations. All staff were friendly and supportive. They worked hard to organise everything for a successful move. The packing was fantastic. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

Justyna as our move manager made everything super easy and efficient. A pleasure to deal with. The moving team were equally excellent. Highly professional, very careful and respectful. I would use them again without hesitation

Top class service. Chits is a great team leader. His team of 5 were incredibly polite, efficient and fast. Nothing too much trouble. This was a major move which went so smoothly.

Efficient and professional from start to finish.

The surveyor that came to review the property before the move was very helpful and started things off on the right track.

Ryan and the crew that handled the move on the day were efficient, careful and friendly.

Lisa, our move manager, was responsive, helpful and made sure the process ran smoothly.

Highly recommended.

Customer service and management really care about your experience as it reflects on the company brand. They were quick and attentive to resolve and issue no matter how big or small. Great access to lots of staff and team to get move done efficiently.

Alexanders have been brilliant from start to finish. I had used them before for a smaller move and was so impressed with how easy they made the whole process, so I went straight back to book them again this time for a much bigger move. Right from the start, they have been friendly and communicative and made the whole process really simple. On the day of the packing and the move, the team worked so fast and were so friendly and helpful. We were blown away by how easy they made it look, when we had thought it was a very daunting task! They also took really good care of all our belongings which have all made it safely to our new home. I would recommend Alexanders to anyone!

I was incredibly impressed with the Alexander’s crew. Chris, Ryan and the crew were amazing. They were right on time, very kind and quick to move all my things from one flat to another!! I would highly recommend using Alexander’s for a swift and easy move.

Chris and his team really took the stress out of moving on an emotional day. They were professional, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend them. The staff at the office are also really helpful and respond promptly.

Fantastic experience with a move from London to Harrogate. Really nice team, super efficient, can do attitude, everything went exactly as planned + smoothly. Couldn't recommend any more strongly if you're like me and just want your move to go off without a hitch!

The team of four were polite, speedy, professional and (because the baby was sleeping and I asked) really quiet!

Chris and Adelin were fantastic. They listened and did exactly what was needed, and did it quickly. And safely. everyone at Alexander’s was great, from the first point of contact, right up to the doors closing on the back of the removals van before they drove away. We can’t recommend them more.

The team were very prompt and helpful. The planning was smooth, and the movers themselves were friendly, efficient and meticulous. We were provided with more than enough boxes and packing material, and the team then took them back after we’d unpacked, so the whole process felt very seamless. We also stored our stuff with Alexanders for three months while between places, and all of it was returned safely and undamaged. It’s a premium price, but it’s worth the money to smooth what usually is a stressful situation.

Brilliant, would recommend!
