Alexanders Removals & Storage Omdömen

Alexanders Removals were absolutely fantastic and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. They are ultra efficient and easy to keep in touch with. They are quick to respond, even at weekends. The guys unloading were fast, friendly, polite and so professional. We used them for storing everything whilst we had renovations done so we had a lot of communication over a period of 6 months. Big thanks to Justyna and Lisa in the office who were so helpful and obliging with our requests.

Justyna and the team were just superb. From start to finish!

Alexanders Removals were helpful from end-to-end, beginning with the pre-move survey, through customer liaison and for the move-out and move-in.
They also held my goods in storage for 3 months, a useful service if you end up between homes.
The on-site team had an excellent work ethic, were careful and polite, while customer support was always quick to respond.

Excellent, reliable service

Alexanders made my move effortless. I was dreading it honestly. But Lukas and his lads arrived and everything vanished into boxes at the speed of light. I literally did nothing except pack some personal bits and pieces I would need as I wasn't moving directly to our new home. The best part of the process was my dedicated move manager Justyna Szwajda she seemed available to me at all hours and would respond instantly to my requests. I made many, many changes some at no notice (including disposing of a massive, very heavy, metal, safe). Dates changed. We had to add storage unexpectedly. She assisted me with disposal of many items we did not want and in truth went above and beyond. I can recommend Alexanders without any reservations.

Chris and his team were very friendly and obliging. No obstacle was too great for them. They listened and took directions from me and transferred the furniture to the rooms I wanted them in. They were quick, efficient and very personable. And Justyna, who co-ordinated the storage and removals was very helpful and efficient and reassuring.

Managing an office move can be stressful, but with Alexanders Group, you can rest easy. Their team handles every detail with professionalism, ensuring the entire process meets all requirements—and even exceeds expectations.

This is my second time using Alexanders Removals to move within London. From booking to moving day, everything went smoothly. All communications and guidance were clear and speedy. The removal team were friendly, professional, and worked quickly and carefully. I had no breakages or damage. Huge bonus is that Alexanders will collect your empty boxes after the move. Good experience all around - highly recommended!

Great service for a large move including lots of stairs! Kris and his team were helpful and efficient. Thank you very much.

Zobby and Peter were really great. They arrived a little early but helped box and pack up the last of my items. They were quick, friendly and all of my stuff arrived in good nick. Have used random man and van before, this was my first time hiring real professional movers. It made such a difference. Totally recommend.

Chris, Adlin and Harry did a great job today! I highly recommend their service!

The movers have been fantastic: very professional and kind. Justyna is a perfect dedicated move manager and Davier the best surveyor.

We had a wonderful experience with Alexander's. Moving in is such a stressful experience and every single interaction with the team helped to put my mind at ease. From the initial call with the office, to the on-site quote, I felt I was going to be given an accurate and honest estimate of cost. We were given helpful money-saving advice from the office and really good communication throughout. Best of all is that the office handled parking restrictions for us.
On move day, we had a five-person team arrive and they had us out and into our new place in under 5 hours. All were super polite and careful with our personal items, even on a very hot day to be traipsing up and down stairs. We will absolutely be calling Alexander's again for our next move.

All around great experience moving! The check-in call ahead of the move was thorough and informative; the movers were punctual, efficient, and friendly. They took great care packing up our stuff. I would recommend Alexanders to anyone moving!

We used Alexanders for a recent flat move. The process was smoothly and professionally managed by the team. Our dedicated move manager, Justyna Szwajda couldn't be more helpful. Chris and the move team were efficient and friendly. We highly recommend them.

Justyna was an excellent account relationship manager. Responsive, efficient and proactive. She managed the logistics perfectly.

The removal team were extremely hard working, careful and polite.

I have used Alexanders twice now and would strongly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing service from Alexanders team. This was my 2nd time using them after seven years and they did not disappoint again! From the booking process and flexibility of our Account Manager who was so efficient and easy to deal with, to the removal team themselves. We had two teams as moving across the country. Team on pick up were amazing, so polite, professional, and super fast. Team on drop off were excellent and friendly as well. Can't recommend Alexander's enough. Will 100% be using them again and recommending to everyone I know who is looking to move. Thanks for great service!

I don’t usually write these, but I’m hoping this will help anyone who’s trying to find a trustworthy moving company. Justyna was really helpful and everyone I’ve spoken to was understanding and considerate of my situation. I had to move my things last minute due to personal circumstances, but because I was out of the country and I couldn’t guesstimate how much stuff I had to pack, it was really difficult for me to find a company who was willing to pack my belongings and move everything to storage within three days. I was also abroad so phone calls and time differences were really difficult to arrange, but the whole time they were super understanding and accommodating. It was a really stressful situation for me, but they made the whole process stress free and I couldn’t recommend them more. This is the first time I’ve used this moving company and I will definitely continue to use them from here on out.

My two experiences of using Alexander's, first for moving out and into storage and then moving in, were excellent from start to finish, with both moves going really smoothly. The removals guys were friendly and worked incredibly hard.

I must also thank everyone in the offices because from the very first contact, they too were friendly and very helpful, always responding quickly to emails. In fact, it felt very much like a family set-up, something that almost always lends itself to a good outcome.

Having been recommended Alexander's by a friend, who knows the boss from school days, I am very happy to recommend them myself now!

From the initial quote, pre move friendly communications through to the actual move - Alexanders Removals and Storage really helped us deal with our move. I particularly liked the fact that they handled the piano correctly alongside all our other items. Nothing was broken - which let's face it is very unusual these days! We would highly recommend.
