Actual Removals provided us with a fantastic service. From the first contact with Alison and right through to moving day the service was excellent. They supplied all our packing materials promptly and gave us excellent advice on packing. On removal day they arrived promptly and set to work with loading up the lorry. We had a wait to get into our new home but they got on quickly and efficiently once we had the keys. Everything was put in the correct rooms and the beds all put together for us. We really cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you for making our moving day go so smoothly. We would have no hesitation in recommending them. Many thanks - Jason and Angela.

Actual Removal handled our complicated move very well. They moved two households (one in Great Dunmow and the other in central London) into a new house in Thame, 100 miles away) very professionally and most efficiently. Both trucks arrived on time, Actual's personnel were friendly and cheerful, and they worked hard to complete the loading, transport and unloading processes successfully. Well done !!.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Actual Removal Team. They were beyond first class and I would unhesitatingly recommend them. They were so efficient, organised, willing and above all careful, handling all of my precious belongings [including antiques] with care and respect. At the same time they were speedy and dealt with everything impeccably.

Arrived promptly for full pack and then the following day for removal. Worked hard both days. The crew were helpful and friendly. No breakages or damage. Would use again (if we can ever face the thought of moving again that is!!).

All positive, very helpful from start to finish. Alison was very helpful in finding a solution to moving. The removal teams were very polite and helpful always trying to make the whole experience stress free as possible. There was no damage to our furniture and belongings.
