The guys who came to pack the day before and on our removal day were great. Friendly & very professional. I would have given 5 stars but feel that the cost is very expensive.

After all the hassle and stress relating to our house move, I can honestly say that the easiest, most professional, efficient and friendliest part was dealing with Actual Removals. From the first contact to saying goodbye to the brilliant team on moving day, everything was as you would hope it to be.
Well done, Actual, we will definitely recommend you to others.

I used Actuals for my move from Essex to Yorkshire, the professionalism of all involved was second to none; from Alison in the office to Steve and Jay who did the move, everyone was extremely helpful.

As I was moving so far I asked if Actuals could start working early to enable me to vacate the property in good time to get up to Yorkshire. They were more than happy to accommodate this request and even turned up earlier than I needed, which was excellent!

When delivering my furniture to Yorkshire a couple of days later Steve and Jay left their depot at 5am to ensure that they could deliver everything in good time.

The service I received was faultless from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Actuals to anyone who requires a removal company.

Our experience with this company was first class from start to finish. I sustained a leg injury days before the move and was immobile throughout the whole process. The team packaged and removed into store and then delivered to our new address some days later. They worked hard and cheerfully at all stages. One of the most commendable aspects was that, although there was much to do, they didn't make us feel rushed or hassled in any way. A slope at
our new property was no problem to the hardworking and cheerful team. They must have been exhausted but it didn't show. Hats off to them and thank you so much.

Very helpful and patient office staff regarding arranging dates as they were rescheduled a few times. Packing boxes delivered promptly and we were able to buy more at a reasonable price. Removal men did a very good job. Would use again.

Tis is the second time that we have used Actual to move us and both time's we have been very pleased. This time the crew were on time and had the van loaded ready to leave for the new address in less than two hours. At the new address the furniture was installed by lunch time. The whole crew worked hard, and there was no damage whatsoever or any mislaid items.

We were lucky to have been able to use Actual for our house move which involved storage at what was a particularly busy time.
The whole process from start to finish was excellent and the attitude of ALL the employees was exemplary.

I used Actual Removal Company for my move from London to Essex in June and highly recommend them. Three removal men arrived and one stayed on the van to pack my furniture etc which was also a good for security. Had two beds dismantled and erected at my new home too. Would definitely use again.

The day itself was absolutely roasting and they didn't stop apart from the odd refreshment. They were polite, courteous and very professional. Not that we're looking to move again anytime soon but, if we did, were'd definitely use you. Thoroughly recommend

Thank you to all at Actual - Alison in the office was helpful throughout and we could not be more pleased with how stress-free our moving day was.
The removal team worked flat out with good humour, care and determination - moving some large furniture into an awkward cottage - we know was not easy.

From Alison on the Administration side through to the the guys in the removal team, we found them all very helpful, cheerful and nothing was too much trouble for them. They did eat all our kitcats though!

Actual packed up my house and removed all my belongings to storage until my new home is ready. All the guys that helped me move were friendly, good humoured, totally respectful and worked really hard, I would definitely reccomend Actual!

They were professional throughout , we had to change our moving date and they rearranged their work load to accommodate .
The guys didn’t stop from the moment they arrived , everything was securely packed and they managed with some tricky sized furniture .
