TDS Removals Omdömen

The removals lorry was in need of repair and my furniture arrived at our new property water damaged. My sofa was significantly water logged. Really disappointed

We used TDS for packing, disassembling and reassembling, moving AND deep cleaning of our new home. I could not recommend them more. They didn’t cut corners in anyway, took their time with every single step, came a week later to collect all their reusable boxes which meant we had ample time to unpack and also weren’t left with a house full of cardboard boxes to deal with. With a toddler, work and stressful move we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Worth every single penny.

Great experience and service, the team was well equipped (we asked to pack fragile items for us): sturdy crates, lots of packing materials and protection for some furniture pieces. Many thanks to Octavian and Florin, they were fast, efficient and careful with our things.
We also asked for end-of-tenancy cleaning service, great job done by TDS cleaning team.

Great service

Petro and Lilian very hard working and professional and speedy
Looked after our possessions with care
V competitive price also
Highly recommend

I had a wonderful experience with TDS Removals from start to finish. From my initial booking with Bianca, she was incredibly polite, kind and helpful, especially as I had numerous questions throughout the process. She was always happy to answer everything clearly and patiently, which made the whole experience much less stressful.

I was extremely nervous about this move, particularly because I had a difficult parking situation at the new flat and some other removal companies had been quite iffy about whether they would be able to manage it. However, nothing seemed impossible for Brian and Abdul! We found a solution, and throughout the entire move they were polite, kind, positive and incredibly helpful. They never made me feel that anything was too much trouble, even when things became more complicated than expected.

I received quotes from several different removal companies before making my decision. TDS Removals’ quote stood out because it was one of the most straightforward and transparent, particularly with their fixed-rate package. Everything was very clear from the beginning, so I knew exactly what I was paying for.

We did end up going into overtime, but this was simply because I had a lot of stuff to move and I also had an appointment in the middle of the day that I absolutely could not miss. This was obviously none of their fault - it was just the situation we were dealing with - and I really appreciated how professionally they handled everything. The pricing was completely transparent, and there were no surprises.

What could have been an incredibly difficult and stressful moving experience was made so much easier by Brian and Abdul. They turned something I had been very anxious about into an experience that I will actually remember fondly.

I highly recommend TDS Removals, and especially Brian and Abdul. Thank you so much for making my move such a positive experience!

Moving from London to Northumberland meant a long travel time. When Octavian and Brian arrived I was very impressed with the speed with which they loaded the van. Likewise with unloading. All my belongings arrived safe and undamaged and both men are a credit to your company. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TDS Removals.

This is the second time we have used them, they were fantastic. Octavian and Brian were friendly, efficient, and no task was too much of an ask. They took great care of our antique furniture too. We will be very happy to call them next time we need things moved.

We had an excellent experience with Brian and Peter. They were extremely efficient, careful with all our stuff, friendly and they made our move so much smoother. 100/100 is not an exaggeration! Thank you so much

Experience with both packing and moving was seemless , and the guys were all friendly and incredibly efficient
Couldn't be happier with the service we've received and would recommend them to anyone!
And the move was a long distance. Can't fault them at all

TDS provided a very good mover service. It was fast, efficient and with great customer service.

An absolutely brilliant removal company. From the initial enquiry through to completion, nothing was a problem for this company. They came round a couple of times to provide a quote as my circumstances and dates had changed. Andrei was superb in supplying the quote in writing on the same day rather than having to wait. I would recommend TDS without any hesitation. They are very good value for money and professional. Thank you so much.

Leo and Vessi did a fantastic job!! Very professional and quick.

Seamless move with TDS removals. No hidden fees and very easy to arrange the move. Leo and Vasily were excellent.

Octavian and the team were excellent. They used a crane to take out a king-sized bed and other furniture from a 3rd storey flat. They worked hard and quickly. They were careful and friendly as they worked.

Octavian and Vasi did an amazing job with our move. They arrived exactly on time and were incredibly fast, hardworking, and well organised. The whole removal process was extremely smooth from start to finish.

I have never had such a stress-free moving experience before. I will definitely use their service again in the future and would highly recommend them. Thank you, Octavian and Vasi!

26/08 - Fantastic work by Octavian and his team. Worked tirelessly throughout the day with professionalism and a very friendly attitude.
Nothing was too much trouble and they protected all of our belongings with care and attention.
Would highly recommend TDS and Octavian’s team to anyone. Easy five stars.

Incredibly polite. Octavian's team were incredibly patient, competant and were incredibly accomadating to our assortment of items.

Lovely work from Octavian’s Team. They are absolutely delightful, super helpful and do it all with a smile even though it’s a long days work. They accommodated to all our requests packed everything very thoughtfully. I couldn’t recommend them more!! 💛

Great response today to a really difficult move (we had packed badly, the sale completion was delayed...) but Octavian Team managed it all superbly. Even returning to pick up items we had forgotten. Cheerful, ever so helpful and very very competent

Super quick and efficient. Really easy to work with and very nice. Leonardo and Vast were great
