We could not recommend this company high enough. Not only were they professional and worked quickly, they took great care of our belongings and just lovely guys to have on hand during what was a very stressful day for us. Our completion was drawn out due to a issue with our solicitor and they were so patient and understanding. They went above and beyond so thank you!

Alison in the office was so helpful and organised and the removal guys were all brilliant. We managed to pick the only day this summer that rained heavily all day and the team just got on with the job and did a fabulous job.

The removal team of 5 and two vans turned up on time and they went around the house to check what was staying and going. Noted that a model horse was broken which we already did know about. The five men never stopped working they definitely knew how to pack their vehicles When the vans were full one man went around and doubled checked nothing was left behind. On arrival at the new house which is 3 storeys high, they worked like trojans to empty and place everything in the designated rooms. They went overboard as a cabinet could not go up the staircase and they lifted it over a balcony on the second floor. It was an extremely hot day and they all worked superbly Would definitely recommend ACTUAL REMOVAL CO. to anyone moving. 5stars

From start to finish they were great. Couldn’t confirm date, but they were clear and helpful.

On the day the team arrived early and started. They worked very quickly and efficiently. They were very all very friendly and polite. Even did a detour on the way between houses to collect a tv.

When we reached our new home everything was put exactly where we asked, nothing was too much trouble.

Couldn’t fault them at all.

I used Actual Removals in June and was really impressed with their service The boxes they provided were really sturdy and solid for starters and the moving team were polite, efficient and hard working. I was moving into a 3 storey town house and was concerned about some heavy fragile antique furniture going to the top, but I needn't have worried as they looked after everything carefully. Not one item or wall was scratched throughout the move. Highly recommend!

From the initial phone call with the office, the staff were friendly and helpful. Explained everything in detail. On the actual moving day it all went smoothly. The guys again were friendly and professional. Definitely recommend!

From the first email contact to moving day Actual were so helpful as well as professional, friendly and hardworking. From first point of contact with Alison in the office to the team of men on removal day we felt that our house move was in safe hands. Moving house is a stressful experience but Actual helped make the final stage the easiest.

The two removers were very careful knew what they were doing even taking a door off and putting it back on again to get a sofa out.

I would highly recommend Actual removal for all house moves. They took away the stress of moving home for us. Arrived on time and fully packed out the lorries within 2 hours, superb! Our house move was delayed right up to 4.30 and they were supersonic on getting us into our new property!

The four guys who helped us move house were just brilliant. It was a really stressful time for us leading up to the move, as we had a lot of hiccups along the way and the thought of moving on top of all of the stress beforehand was another added stress for us but the guys arrived at our house very calm and so friendly. We couldn't believe how quick they were with moving all of our boxes and putting them in their van. Nothing was a problem for them. When they delivered all of our belongings to our new home nothing was a problem for them then either. They moved furniture for us if we wanted it put into a different room and one of the young guys even set our television back up for us. They were very professional and so helpful. They certainly made our move a lot easier and stress free. I would recommend them to anyone who is planning on moving and we also want to say that the ladies who took our booking and who we spoke to a few times on the phone leading up to the move were also so very lovely and put us at ease. You have brilliant staff and thank you so much for everything you did for us.

The whole experience was made so easy, from the quote to moving day everything was explained and done as described.

On the day of the move the team turn up on time as promised and where brilliant, they where great with my kids and let them help before the left for school. The team made short work of the loading the van and we were soon away.

Moving everything back onto the new house was just as efficient and the guys made sure we were happy with everything before they left.

I would highly recommend Actual to anyone, and Steve and his team on the lorry are a credit to the company.

Good experience from beginning to end. The quote was cheapest by a couple of hundred pounds so that’s good. Telephone response was quick and extremely friendly and courteous, and boxes and packing materials were provided really quickly and were decent quality. On removals day the team were careful, polite and friendly, despite it turning out to be a rather long day. It’s the first time I’ve moved and not lost or broken anything 😆
