Manager insensitively mocked the innocent lives lost in Hillsborough

Horrible people. Their employee Daniel Starkey wrote on social media "you really are showing us all what we think of you scummy scousers... we don't beat up or crush (our own) leave it to you scummy lot." He is mocking the Hillsborough tragedy. I am also concerned by the parenthetical around "our own" implying he would physically assault opposing fans. Accenture has yet to address this and he is still employed by them.

I've spent nine years at Accenture in Warsaw, Poland, giving my all to a job that ultimately left me with a deep sense of injustice and disarray. The company's decision to fire me, based on what seems like mere subjectivity, has left me feeling sad, angry, and frustrated. It's hard to understand how the time and energy I invested in Accenture, constantly adapting to new projects and teams due to managerial whims, could be dismissed so easily. The irony of the situation is palpable. Accenture often spoke of tolerance, inclusivity, and support for employees with families, yet their actions were in stark contrast to these professed values. I, a parent of two young children, experienced this hypocrisy firsthand. Despite their claims of being family-friendly, my family situation did not factor into their decision when they abruptly ended my nine-year tenure.
It's clear now that Accenture's decisions were largely subjective and nonsensical, disregarding the true worth of my skills and abilities. This experience has been a sobering reminder that the values a company loudly proclaims – tolerance, family values, recognition of human worth – are often just hollow words. In my case, these values were completely overlooked. As the saying goes, actions speak louder than words, and unfortunately, Accenture's actions have spoken volumes about their disregard for their own stated values.
So, to anyone considering a career at Accenture, be wary. The disparity between what they say and what they do is vast. It's a hard lesson to learn, but it's better to seek out a company that genuinely values and respects its employees. My time at Accenture has ended, but it has left me with a crucial insight: look for a workplace where actions align with words.

Faccio il primo colloquio tecnico che supero brillantemente come loro stesso mi hanno detto.
Dopo 20 giorni mi contattano per il secondo step, fissiamo la call ma 10 minuti prima mi rinviano l appuntamento a settimana prossima ...va be che sarà mai.. cose che capitano..
Arriviamo finalmente al giorno del secondo colloquio ma succede l inverosimile: non si presentano e, solo dopo la mia email, hanno la decenza di chiamarmi e dirmi che a causa di un errore interno il mio colloquio si terrà alle 15 del pomeriggio.
Alle 15 stessa storia:Non si presentano ed aspetto come un salame davanti lo schermo.. mando 2 email e non rispondono..
Indecenti e scostumati, in tantissimi colloqui che ho fatto non mi è mai capitato una roba del genere.. ma d altronde che ci si può aspettare da un azienda d informatica che assume neolaureati in lettere, filosofia, economia ecc ...

Hanifa Miah give me a deadline of three days and when I did the project and send it to Accentureteams and then I told her that I sent my work she said to wait for payment and then said to send 185pounds to get my payment but after completing my work I came across this site and saw the reviews of people and I sent these reviews to her she said that all the people are lying and they didn't listen to my instructions and when I asked her what are the instructions she said to send money again after that when I refused to send money she blocked me

The organization I work for engaged Accenture for our security and have had nothing but issues. Accenture seems to be more interested in quantity than quality. They are quick to push back against issues they created throwing blame against the very people they are supporting. Testing of new policies and procedures are non-existent. They frequently complete changes to security without change control. We will be canceling our agreement with them, and bringing in another more qualified group to help fix the issues that Accenture created.

Nadie se responsabiliza de sus fallos, nadie, porque estos son tuyos, no de ellos. Los que están por encima de ti les encanta escucharse y oírse, pese a decir tonterías como una catedral de grande pero como en esta empresa eres un Level, no una persona, si tu Level es suficiente entonces tienes derecho a decir tantas tonterías como quieras que va a dar igual.

Todos sabemos como son las consultoras, pues esta es la consultora por definición. Es mejor estar en el paro que trabajar para esta gente, aunque tranquilidad, hay tantas opciones fuera que cualquiera es mejor.

Sin ir mas lejos, yo he eliminado mi experiencia en esta empresa de mi CV porque básicamente me da vergüenza explicar lo mal que me lo han hecho pasar y los motivos por los que me he ido.

I was hired by the company named Accenture UK Limited to convert 160 pages from PDF. The request came from Accenture Lila Aariz/Hanifah Miah. However, I later discovered that Hanifah Miah has a history of scamming people around the world.

She gave me a tight deadline of 3 days to complete the work and offered a payment of £5,285 as my wage. Once I finished the task, I informed her, and she provided an email address to send the PDF file to Accenture. She sent the review and approval for the translated Document.

Later, when I contacted Lila Aariz/Hanifah Miah, she directed me to an email address associated with Santander Bank UK. I provided my account details, but soon after, I received an email demanding an additional £185 for ACH (International Payment Virtual Terminal) and instructed to contact Lila Aariz/Hanifah Miah.

I was hired to finish 151pages to convert pdf by Accenture Hanifah Miah. She forced me to finish it in 3 days. She also give me 5028£ for wage. When I finish the work I informed her and she give me an email address to send there that pdf file. After sending the accenture company sent me an email congratulated me. Later I contact with Hanifa Miah, she gave an email address of santander Bank uk. I provided my account details. After a hour they informed me by an email that Something wrong and demand for 100£ for ACH and contact with Hanifah Miah. But Hanifa Miah doesn’t reply my request at all.

Hanifa miah is a scammer, they hire you to do this fake job of writing an article if 151 pages in3 days and once u finish they say it's approved and u will get paid 5,285 uk pounds but it never happens, actually they say it is pending and you gotta pay £185 to make it process.... they have no shame and they will argue with u even if u caught them.... worst experience

please report them to the federal trade commission for fraud to prevent this from happening to anyone... i did not pay because i caught that it was a scam once they asked me to pay.... but others innocent can fall for it.

HANIFA MIAH OF ACCENTURE UK: SCAM ALERT!!!!

The process of hiring is thru Telegram, she will asked you some questions, your cv and working experiences, after that she'll be giving you a task for you to type within 1 hr and send it to her.

I was hesitant at first because all were suspicious especially they don't have an official email address but I've decided to give it a try since they're not asking for money at first.

I took the project and they gave me allotted time of 3 days to finish the job for a total of 151 pages. I spent 3 sleepless nights to finish the project.

Finally I've completed the project and have sent an email to them that it has been completed, and after an hour I have received a reply to them that the money will be transferred by contacting HANIFA MIAH, but then again she replied to me asking me to send an email to santanderonlinebankingservice. Unfortunately the replied was to make a payment of 185 GBP for me to be able to receive it.

However, this was a "RED FLAG" for me, the big question is.... you have worked so hard for it and at the end you have to pay them?!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

Please don't be fooled by her, she already blocked me since I sent her messages about her reviews that she's a scammer

Beware, everyone! There's a scammer lurking around who goes by the name of HANIFA MIAH. She poses as a part of Accenture UK Ltd. and offers a typing job. But don't be fooled! She's a notorious scammer and all your efforts will be useless if you take on the project she's offering. It's a trap, plain and simple.

I had the misfortune of falling victim to Hanifa's deceitful tactics, but thankfully I was able to catch on before things went too far. I'm sharing this review to warn others, so that they don't have to suffer the same fate as I did.

If you come across HANIFA MIAH, please report her immediately. Don't let her continue her malicious scheme of preying on innocent people's hard-earned money and time. Let's keep each other safe and protected from these kinds of fraudulent acts.

They are professional scammers. I worked for them as a freelance content writer but after completion of the project they disappeared and I didn't receive my payment. Hanifa Miah was the hiring manager She's a scammer. Hanifa Miah (professional Scammer) don't trust her.

Aside from them giving employees all the benefits employees deserved, they also provide a good working environment with experienced people/colleagues to learn from. They have missions and goals not only for the company but also for their employees. The provides professional growth by giving free and paid courses that experts, tenured and experienced people taught. Overall, this is a recommendable company to start with.
