Una delle peggiori aziende con cui ho impattato. Chiamata la sede di Milano per segnalare una probabile truffa a loro nome via wapp e trattata come se stessi chiedendo dei soldi.
Se questo è il modo di trattare chi si muove nel loro interesse figuriamoci come trattano gli altri.

They are not really prepared to be consultants in all fields that's my feeling. In our industry, Fleet Management and company cars, they have very little experience and are absent in calls as they don't know the industry; they try to learn from us to gain some level of experience to resell to their clients. Also, their Jaggaer RFP tool is not user-friendly. I don't recommend them.

Ho lavorato per più di due anni nella filiale di Napoli, ho subito mobbing sia dal senior che dal manager di turno, R. R. e P. T. , se un azienda del genere permette a questa gente di poter esercitare liberamente vessazioni, diffamazione , e chi più ne ha più ne metta, allora fate veramente attenzione a quella particolare BU che tratta di dati perché veramente nuoce gravemente alla salute, sono da denuncia alle autorità.

Bad team, bad company. The company want to sleep you with other things. The most important, RH, not present, they think they work with bots. Only one thing "shut up" if you want to grow there. Bad organisation. Excuse: you are a lot. It exists more bigger company, and they don't have these kind of problem. This company, with insane people admit this. Not repeat again, for sure!

Scammers 100% don't trust them.

Prima di tutto scrivo che mi hanno assunta dicendomi che l'azienda stava facendo la quota rosa, quindi già l'ho presa a male solo per questo.
Prima di entrare in stage ho fatto un corso di 3 mesi circa, 8 ore al giorno 5/7 in presenza (non retribuito)
dove ovviamente c'erano SOLO RAGAZZE.
Il corso è stato gestito malissimo, e il professore era incompetente.
Dopo il corso, la parte peggiore, lo stage, che mi hanno trattata tutti malissimo per via della mia personalità introversa (ci tengo a dire che ho sempre fatto tutto quello che andava fatto durante le ore lavorative, comunicazione inclusa), ma il punto è che mi hanno aumentato lo stage per colpa appunto di questa cosa (Perché durante LA PAUSA, si avete capito bene LA PAUSA, non uscivo con i colleghi, ma preferivo studiare cose che mi servivano)
quindi cosa è successo? Stage aumentato e ho rischiato di essere licenziata.
Sono stata cambiata di team, e volevano farmi fare gli straordinari sabato e domenica, e io dissi di no, solo per questo sono stata ignorata da tutto il team, e non mi hanno dato niente da fare, dopo questa cosa mi sono licenziata.
La professionalità di accenture di napoli è ridicola.
Evitate a tutti i costi di lavorare in questa azienda pessima, personale poco organizzato, e poco serio.

I worked in Accenture in 2003-2004 and it was a pleasant work experience, especially if you seek to learn analytical and business problem skills. There is no specialization and most skills are developed as you go through multiple observations of your seniors.

Há pelo menos uma pessoa do departamento de recursos humanos que me tratou abaixo de lixo.
Como não atingi a expectativa esperada para um teste da empresa acabei que ter que terminar o contrato, o pior foi como uma pessoa do Departamento de recursos humanos ( cujo o nome não vou dizer por respeito) me tratou no dia 13/08 ( ontem).
Explicou me o motivo de término de contrato em 5 segundos e depois tentou-me expulsar do prédio como se eu fosse um criminoso, tinha um objeto para entregar a um formador que me tinha emprestado tirou me e disse me que estava na rua o que era mentira porque ele não estava.
Tirou me a identificação sem me deixar passar pelas cancelas e ao abrir as cancelas pensei que iria passar e passou ela com a minha identificação (não imagino como passou pelas cancelas sem a minha identificação) e deixou me ir contra as cancelas, como se não fosse humilhante o suficiente ainda disse que me iria deixar a porta de uma forma como se eu fosse um criminoso qualquer e ainda rodou a porta ( era uma porta giratória), só faltou um pontapé nas costas.
É uma pessoa desrespeituosa e com falta de educação realmente espero que não represente a empresa toda em si mas começo a acreditar que o faça.
Os colaboradores para esta empresa só são uteis até não serem e acabam por ser tratados abaixo de lixo.
Infelizmente isto não foi a 1x que aconteceu, já aconteceu de outras pessoas a outros colaboradores...

The worst hiring process company i have ever seen in my life . My interv
iew was scheduled in the mid of month of March and after qualifying all rounds, I got selected. In the starting of their hiring process, I have already informed the HR, that my previous employer was not providing any PF. After everything done they kept giving me extended date on the same date of joining again again for 3 months . They put me on hold for 3 months after giving me everything my offer letter and all . Then they said no we are sorry your application is not progressing .
It happened when I didn't hide anything. I don't what was there BGC . They just keep doing people on hold and at the end they denied.

What will i put in my resume for these 3 months gap and how would a single person who is bearing his own expenditures how would he manage .
They simply say we cant process with your candidature what about the time and financial lost i got.

I would never recommend this company @Accenture to anyonep . HR will ignore your messages and mails .

I have an overall mixed experience working with this company.
I really liked the flexibility and work life balance during and before covid years. However they are becoming stricter in terms on absolute in-office timings now days.
I left the company last year in November. I have met some really great people in Accenture.

I been work on this company for good 4 years, got a lot of experience and good friends!
In 2020 - the covid time, I also get offered to work from home of my country, which for somebody it was impossible.

Also, help me to be hired for new job!

UK Accenture staff who need a work mobile phone are expected to take the contract out in their own name and claim the monthly fee via expenses.
Not an ideal situation, but worked ok - until I decided to leave Accenture.
In order to cancel the Vodaphone contract I had to pay a cancellation fee of almost £400 which Accenture should reimburse. They have had official confirmation of my final bill and that the cancellation fee has been paid, but I have yet to be reimbursed over 4 months after leaving.
NOT IMPRESSED and would expect better - HR are now ignoring my emails.

What went wrong? A manager openly mocking the victims of a tragedy just because his favorite team lost a football match.

What you could do to improve? An open letter or announcement to address the matter and make sure it won't happen again. Behavior like that from someone of that stature shouldn't be normalized.

Awful company that employ death mocking individuals.

Daniel Starkey an employee of yours, mocking dead football fans over on "X" (formerly twitter), just so he can have his own bit of football "banter". He's a manager in your company, which really says alot about the type of people you employee. Avoid this company.
