This is a pretty amazing plugin, very versatile and solves so many problems when building a WordPress eCommerce/Woocommerce website. I was able to eliminate the use of a handful of other plugins because the WowStore Pro plugin is capable of so much. Took my Shop and Single Product pages up another notch in my opinion.

I purchased WPXPO’s WholesaleX Pro plugin based on their prominently advertised 14-day money-back guarantee. Unfortunately, the plugin failed to function as expected despite multiple installation and configuration attempts. I reached out for support and, when it became clear the plugin would not meet my needs, I requested a refund—well within the 14-day window.

WPXPO denied the refund, citing hidden conditions (such as using an alternative plugin) that were never disclosed during the purchase process. These terms only appear on a buried support article—not on the product page or checkout flow where the refund guarantee is heavily marketed.

This is a clear case of misleading advertising. I’ve reported the behavior to their payment processor and consumer protection authorities. I would advise others to avoid this company until they improve transparency and honor their advertised guarantees.

Wow Add-ons saved my business. I create WordPress websites with WooCommerce. My wife asked me to make a website for her with her products from her Etsy store. Seems easy enough, wrong! 😕 I found a tool to transfer the products, but it created options that I could not easily adjust without a vast knowledge of WooCommerce. Then. Comes in Wow Add-ons, I knew I had to get it as soon as possible, and am I glad 😊 I did! With all of the easy to use features I am able mimic my wife’s Etsy site with even more flexibility. What nice is that they are always there for support questions, and they have a feature request area. This plugin is the Best ever!!! I have their other plugins as well, if you have word press you need WPXPO plugins.

The app developers of WowAddons clearly take pride in their product. And they have created a plugin that is truly a beautiful thing to behold! These guys have created of the nicest user friendly plugin that I have ever seen, that has amazing functionality and user customization. I wasted probably 6-8 hours with various other plugins that never and couldn't deliver on what I needed their plugins to do. My client stumbled upon the WowAddon free plugin and I must admit I was skeptical at first. But I sent tech support my questions and with 24 hours I had a useful answer. So we bought the Pro version. And within minutes I created for my client his complicated wish list of items. Honestly, I was stunned. There were still some issue remaining - but tech support was right there. Easy to use template designer. I was able to create several new WooCommerce templates in short order. It was also quite easy to go back and make a few tweaks here and there.
