WPS Handrails Omdömen

So helpful and with such useful advice and recommendations regarding our recent job and our upcoming ones. Great!

This is the 2nd time I have purchased balustrade from WPS. Excellent product and very professional staff.

We have had both Decking and Glass Balustrade and both were supplied perfect in every detail. Excellent quality products and service.

Excellent quality decking, very happy with the product.

We have been on the quest of finding the right composite decking to compliment our garden office. The fact that we were able to obtain free samples and lay them next to the office gave us the opportunity to not only hold and feel the product but have assurance on the quality and slip resistance.

The team at WPS have been phenomenal with the way the deal with customers and nothing is of trouble when we decided to switch colours post payment and order confirmation. The delivery was smooth and super friendly. Gave invaluable advice when holding the boards and he even helped me to put them down the side of the house.

Innodek is really easy to install and we laid 25m2 in a day! The system is simple and not complicated at all. As it has been raining over the last day or two I can confirm that the product is really slip resistant and works an absolute treat.

Overall. I am super pleased and would recommend!

Excellent service, arrived when expected. Patio boards look brilliant and not slippy even when wet.

Great product, great service.

Super fast delivery very helpful driver all round top class service will use again!

Really pleased with this product the chrome and glass on my balcony looks amazing. It fitted easily and perfectly and was really good value for money. The team on the phone were really polite and helpful.

Decking ordered from this company. They have been in touch with me to organise delivery date etc.Good seller.

Excellent ordering service, made to my specific dimension. Kate was very friendly and helpful to deal with. Delivered by due date, quality of SS and glass balustrades were excellent. Just a bit fiddly to assemble, but we’ll worth the effort. Love this product! Definitely recommend!

Delivered successfully, carefully packaged. Absolutely love the rail, just what I was looking for

If you’re after decking materials I can’t recommend WPS enough. I purchased a quantity of luxecap decking boards and the quality is exceptional. I miscalculated my initial order which left me a few boards short. The sales team were fantastic when I explained this doing everything in their power to facilitate my request. Thank you so much

Had handrails and glass balustrade from WPS and fitted by their installation team. Excellent service from start to finish. Adam was great to deal with, from initial contact, through to providing drawings and making amendments as required. Great price in comparison to other quotes (who wouldn't provide drawings, etc). Nothing was too much trouble for Adam and he was very responsive. Installations guys were excellent. On site at 8am! Polite, gave some ideas for a slight change in the design once they saw the site and all completed as required. They were clean, efficient, did an excellent job and tidied up after themselves. I couldn't recommend this company enough!

Adam and all of the team @ WPS including the installation team were first class and would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service, Fast delivery, quality product at great prices, just sorting out my next order to be placed. Would highly recomend.

I spent £1,400 on the luxecap boards, quantity done from the website - but they missed the edge clips. Delivery at 0700 in the morning with one person in the truck to move 18 x 4800mm boards.
One board was 0.25 inch shorter than the rest which was annoying (at £49.72 each you'd think it would be accurate).
One reads the do's and don'ts for composite decking and you wouldn't go on it with your slippers - but time will tell.
Was it worth the cost - yes it was.

Brilliant company super helpful specifically Janette! Decking i purchased was such good quality better than top brands like millboard or trex!

From start to finish my inquiry and subsequent order was treated in a professional manner. Contact (Adam) explained the process step by step, confirmed delivery times and methods and was very easy to discuss things with. Deliveries were on time and everything required was clearly packaged and listed on the paperwork.
In simple terms WPS Handrails and staff did exactly as they claimed they would.
