Wrong size ribbon sent.
I ordered white satin silver edged ribbon 15mm and I received 5mm.
I had previously ordered a few weeks ago but I had mistakenly put silver colour which is why I reordered again in white only the wrong size was sent.
Delivery however was quite quick which is why I've put 2 stars.

Lovely pottery cafe
Lovely pottery cafe. Had a nice afternoon with friends and our babies painting plates for Father’s Day gifts. The lady working was so lovely and helped make sure we had the best foot and hand prints and shared tips with us, despite our babies having a melt down, nothing was too much trouble. We were all very happy with our plates, as were the dads. Will definitely be back to paint more

Hi Sue, I'm sorry that it has taken Royal Mail such as long time to deliver your items but we was unaware of any issues. I've checked our inbox (and spam box) but there are no emails from yourself. We would obviously have sent out a replacement if the original package had got lost but since we didn't get any emails we didn't know there was a problem. There may have been an issue with your email account sending us emails so in the future if you don't hear back from us within 24 hours please try contacting us from a different email account.

Quality at its finest.
The finest grossgrain ribbons I've found, the quality is superb.
Their alligator clips are sturdy and thicker, not like others.
You pay for quality when buying from krafty koala.

Communication could be better.
One item i had ordered wasn't in stock so I was issued a refund. I asked a question about a product I had previously ordered from them but they did not respond.
*Update* I have checked my spam folder, there is no email from you answering my query!

Hi Gina, I've just checked the email you sent us about this order, I sent you a reply at 13:52 on Sunday (10 minutes after your email) but we didn't hear back, perhaps you didn't get our email?
*Update* Hi Gina,
Thanks for checking your spam folder. We did reply to your message just 10 minutes after you contacted us. It looks like the email didn’t come through on your end, which can happen sometimes unfortunately.
We always try to respond quickly and help where we can, so it's a bit disheartening to receive a 3-star review over something that may have just been a delivery issue with the email.
If there's anything else you need, feel free to get in touch via email or facebook messenger as we do check both places.
