I would strongly advise anyone to avoid World Holiday Vibes and book with a reputable alternative.

My experience with this company, particularly dealing with Joe and their “head office,” has been extremely frustrating from start to finish. After booking my holiday last year, I received my initial confirmation — and since then, I have not received a single email or any proactive communication, despite my case still being open.

Communication has been poor throughout, and I was repeatedly given incorrect and misleading information over the phone. I was told the matter had been escalated multiple times, yet there has been no meaningful follow-up or resolution.

To make matters worse, my flight was cancelled, yet I have still not received a refund, and my case remains unresolved. Instead of handling the situation fairly and in line with UK regulations, they have continued to delay, deflect responsibility, and avoid resolving the issue.

I have effectively been left in a position where they are refusing to issue a refund and expecting me to proceed under completely unreasonable circumstances, rather than acknowledging their obligations.

What’s even more concerning is that this does not appear to be an isolated issue. There are multiple other reviews from customers reporting similar problems, particularly around refunds being refused. This reflects a clear pattern in how the company operates and their attitude towards customers.

If something goes wrong, do not expect accountability or support. Based on my experience, you may have to escalate matters significantly just to be treated fairly.

Avoid the stress and book with a company that actually communicates, takes responsibility, and complies with UK consumer protection laws.

Chased up head office following my emails last week.

Still not heard back or received a single email from head office or Joe regarding my holiday. No update received on the holiday, or an official cancellation email, not even an email with options on what I can do.

They responded to my review straight away but they don’t respond to any email and don’t send customers any updates or anything. Once they take your money you’re on your own.

Would 100% avoid this company at all costs. They’ll probably respond to my review saying they’re looking into it. But I’ve not had one email from them to say that. Shows just how they operate. Will update further as thins proceed.

Joseph was our contact for what we all agreed was an experience of a lifetime… service excellent, the whole trip seamlessly coordinated with taxi collections to and from airports and hotels etc. The hotel locations were amazing and our team especially loved our Penang resort hotel the PARKROYAL…plush beyond belief.

Joseph was always there, checking up on us to make sure all was ok.

World Holiday Vibes is an excellent company and Joseph really made a dream come true.

Joseph was very helpful and ensured we got the best deal. I’d recommend.

I had an amazing experience working with Logan while planning my 45th birthday milestone vacation to Ubud Bali, Kuta Bali, and Gili Island. This trip is a very special celebration for me, and Logan handled the entire planning process with professionalism, patience, and great attention to detail.

Although planning an international trip can take time, Logan remained responsive, supportive, and committed to making sure everything came together perfectly. His communication and dedication made the experience smooth and stress-free.

He searched for the cheapest ticket that he could find and give me a lot of options to choose from. Joseph was very helpful and so accommodating in getting an itinerary together for 1 week in Zanzibar, and within budget, but unfortunately due to work/family commitments it wasn’t doable for us.
But we using him for our big 2027 holiday in Africa.

Joe provided an excellent service right from the time of first contact to planning our Tanzania safari, stay in Zanzibar and Zimbabwe, until we got back. He even contacted us whilst we were away to ensure all was going as planned and enjoying our holiday. He was polite, understanding and was a tremendous help with all aspects of our holiday including assistance with where to go for safari, hotels and visas. The 7 day safari was outstanding and we saw all the big 5 and more. The Fruit and Spice Resort in Zanzibar was luxurious and glad we went all inclusive. The Waterfalls in Zimbabwe were amazing. Overall, with Joe's support we had a dream holiday come true. Thoroughly recommend this company and Joe.
