Terrible experience when I booked with Joe!
Terrible experience when I booked through this company. Over paid in error wouldn’t refund my money, takes weeks between emails to receive a reply. The complaints process is insufficient as he complain t email goes back to the person who booked your holiday and is not followed up. Doesn’t provide manger details. The service is extremely poor and makes up charges and policy’s as they choose

Beware of booking with this company.
I booked my multi destination holiday last summer with Harry and was delighted with the attention to detail and prompt responses received.
However, I am now in Halong Bay and my transfer from Hanoi didn’t turn up and I had to make the three hour journey myself. The company’s WhatsApp chat and telephone did not respond to my help requests. Today’s excursion have said that there is no booking. Again, I have tried to contact Joe who now deals with my holiday but he doesn’t respond to my emails, WhatsApp chats or calls. It has left me very concerned as we are due to move on again tomorrow and I’ve no idea if the transfer will turn up.
All in all by the end of my holiday I had three excursions that didn’t happen out of six and one transfer that didn’t turn up. I have emailed the company and hope that they can put this right.
I have been home now over a week and had no response to my email. I followed it up with another email and still no response. They have been refunded money for trips that I didn’t receive. I will wait one more week then sadly will have to take legal advice. Very, very dissatisfied and disappointed in this company. They rang me whilst on holiday and said they would refund me but are ignoring me now. Very unprofessional company.
Still waiting for refund for excursions I’ve paid for and not received. They have apologised and said they will get the money back but I’ve had nothing. I’m now following up with my bank who are investigating the company.
Be very careful booking with this company.
