I’m really looking forward to our family holiday to China and Japan and my adult children will just love the studio ghibli park trip Marshall has organised. We also have tea with geishas to look forward too and a visit to the Great Wall in China . So excited . Thank you again Marshall .

Extremely Disappointing Experience – My Experience With Emily at World Holiday Vibes
I would never book with World Holiday Vibes again. What was supposed to be a special 60th birthday holiday turned into a stressful experience from beginning to end. My experience dealing with Emily, the travel agent handling my booking, was extremely disappointing.
The biggest problem was the lack of organisation and communication. Whenever something went wrong, it was never clear who I was supposed to contact or who was responsible for resolving the issue. My connecting flights had different baggage allowances, which resulted in me having to pay extra for my luggage. The airport transfers also failed to turn up as arranged, leaving us stranded and having to chase information ourselves.
Almost every day, I found myself on the phone trying to establish who was collecting us, what time they were arriving and how we were supposed to get to our next destination. Instead of relaxing and enjoying my holiday, I was constantly on edge, trying to organise arrangements that should have been properly coordinated by the company.
The accommodation was another major disappointment. Our hotel in Dar es Salaam was situated in the middle of a busy market and a Muslim community. The early-morning calls to prayer began around 3 am, making it extremely difficult to sleep. The photographs used to advertise the accommodation also gave a very different impression from the reality.
What made matters worse was that no refund was issued for the failed transfers or the additional baggage charges, despite the inconvenience and extra costs we incurred.
For a holiday that was meant to be a memorable celebration of my 60th birthday, the experience was exhausting and deeply disappointing. I expected Emily and World Holiday Vibes to provide professional organisation, reliable transfers, clear communication and accommodation that reflected what had been advertised. Instead, I spent much of my holiday chasing arrangements and dealing with avoidable problems.
I found the overall service unprofessional and far below my expectations. I would not recommend World Holiday Vibes based on my experience, and I will certainly never book with them again.
