Important to do your research!
Found this company through a good search and checked trust pilot before I placed my order and it is true what previous customers have said very good company. Delivered my lovely flooring quickly and with care. The delivery driver was super lovely I'd order from them again!

Recommend
Good range of wood flooring. I was hunting a pack of discontinued laminate flooring to complete a room to match rest of the property. Ordering was easy. Excellent communication. Regular updates on delivery. Delivery was within a couple of days and timed. Was only ordering small amount so found delivery charge expensive but that was just unfortunate for me. Highly recommend.

Late delivery.
Late delivery.
The company called me to let me know when they are going to do the delivery. The delivery was agreed for 22nd July, I have therefore informed my client that I’m going to install the minerva worktop on 23rd July only to find out that the minerva is going to be delivered on 24th July hence late delivery.
I had to explain again to my client that the who are going to deliver the worktop let me down. It was very embarrassing for me to explain why the work top is not delivered yet.
I will never use this company services again.
Ok, I would like to listen to the telephone conversation on that day. Can you provide that?

Hi Kriss,
I've just checked the call and email records for your order. You were called and advised that your made-to-order worktop was due to finish manufacturing and arrive into our transport hub on the week commencing the 22nd July.
This then arrived on the 22nd July at which point you were called to arrange delivery to your delivery address, which was arranged for the 24th July. You were then sent an email after this call confirming that delivery would be on the 24th July.
At no point were you advised that your order would be delivered to you on the 22nd July, and your order was indeed delivered on the 24th July as arranged.
As per your recent edit, I shall of course request the recordings of both the phone call on the 10th July advising of the lead time for the manufacture of the worktop and the call on the 22nd to book in the delivery on the 24th and forward these to your email address on the order.

Exremely helpful and good service
Robert from KWF was extremely helpful and kept me informed of my orders progress. Delivered on time and dropped at doorstep by helpful delivery driver. Slight damage to pallet but, nothing too serious. Some planks had minor damage but to be expected on a large order. I would use them again.

Delivery cost
Great choice of products and quick delivery however when ordering from ‘wood flooring Kent’ and charge you £50 delivery and they end up coming from International Decorative Services 5 mins round the corner from your house where I would’ve personally collected them from if given the option then I would’ve done that as delivery was nearly 1/3 of the order
