I ordered my drill top in March and have still not received IT (October now) . All have had is lame story that the post office lost all the details. NO NOT USE I'VE BEEN RIP OFF FOR £50 by this shameless thief ripping off veterans. DO NOT USE

I LEFT A REVIEW FOR THIS COMPANY A FEW DAYS AGO AND COMPLETELY SLAUGHTERED THEM. I HAVE SINCE DELETED IT ONLY FOR ONE REASON, THE POLO SHIRT FINALLY ARRIVED. SO LET ME TELL YOU.... CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTANT, ANDREW THE OWNER IS A COMPULSIVE LYER, HE TOLD ME SO MANY DIFFERENT THINGS REGARDING DELIVERY I WAS DIZZY. POLO SHIRT IS FINE EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED BUT IT TOOK 7-8 PHONE CALLS AND 2-3 E,MAILS TO GET IT. SHOULD HAVE ARRIVED WITHIN 10 DAYS REALITY TOOK 30 DAYS AND A SORE HEAD CHASING IT UP. WOULD I EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN SORRY NO CHANCE. WAS PRODUCT OK YES. JUST DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO BE CONSTANTLY CHASING A £26.00 POLO. BETTER MUCH MORE RELIABLE COMPANIES OUT THERE AVOID IS MY OPINION...

I ordered one Regimental polo shirt plus a second one by mistake which the manager picked up on within hours. So far so good. He asked if I wanted to have the second which would cancel out the £10 postage as it would be included in the first polo shirt packaging. Or did I want a refund to which I replied that I did. The information said it would be a 10 day wait for Uk customers, but as I live in France would be £14. Order was placed on the 4th August 2026. After waiting for the 14 day period I had received nothing. I telephoned and left a message. I then emailed a couple of days later. No replies to either. I sent another couple of emails plus rang the number supplied. After another week went by I sent an email saying how annoyed I was at the lack of communication and I would be putting out on as many social media Veteran sites as I could, a scathing evaluation. I received a reply in quick time apologising profusely and my parcel, with an additional free tee shirt included, would be despatched the next day and would arrive within 4 days. I'm still waiting after nearly 3 weeks. Left a few more less than pleasant emails but, of course nothing back. Absolutely shocking behaviour on their part. I urge anyone who is contemplating buying from this shower to go to a reputable dealer. Unfortunately I neglected to look for reviews before ordering. A big mistake!

Ordered a Mixed Clothing Items pack for 80 GBP (shipping included) on 08 July 2026. No tracking number was given, nothing has arrived after two months, e-mails are ignored. Filed a case with Action Fraud UK as well as German Police for fraudulent activity. Shame, as a couple of years ago this was a really great shop.

Zero stars really but trust pilot won’t enable that. Long story cut short. Ordered clothing 2 months ago and never received. Numerous attempts at contact and got someone to answer the phone twice. Given fictitious Royal Mail tracking numbers. Got onto my bank (Lloyd’s) and had a full refund

I ordered a blazer on 17th August 2026 and initially received a Royal Mail tracking reference that when I accessed the Royal Mail Tracking portal it advised me that they where waiting on the package to arrive at their premises. I emailed Joint Services Clothing (JSC) to chase the order on the 28th August 2026 and at time of writing this review I had not received any further emails from JSC. I then called JSC on the 2nd September and spoke to Andrew who appologised and stated he would check with Royal Mail and sort the issue out and call me back. At the time of writing this review I have not had a call back. I have since emailed JSC again today and will contact them via phone on Monday 7th Sept. But not holding my breath that this will get sorted or end happily and feel this could end up going legal.

Not the first time I've ordered from here but this time it's not very good at all. I completely understand the embroidery takes time but over a month is taking the biscuit. I've been polite in 2 emails I have sent and still not had any correspondence from this company! It extremely bad practice to take money and not receive the goods in good time. I do think you need to work on your customer service skills as they are pants!
Can you please send me my items because I have better things to do with my time other than send emails chasing you up!
Word to customers if you like waiting for months crack on if not swerve and go elsewhere!!!

Ordered a hoodie five months ago. They don’t respond to messages and have failed to even deliver an email explaining where my hoodie is. Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. They pray on veterans and service members and scam them out of money. Beware of this company

Basically non existent customer service . Emailed and phone on numerous occasions and just ignored . I ordered an item that didnt arrive.

A Total joke of a company that rips people off .

Ordered an item in April ... still not recieved! Not even had a call or email about the delay! Raging! Order 17344 ... please sort this out.

I had to rate it as 1 star as I couldn't move on. So in reality Zero! I have successfully bought in the past with some delays, this time I needed to replace lost buttons on my blazer, order made 28th June, made contact with JSC 15 working days later no response and no replies to my emails.
I will not be using them again

I ordered a teddy bear on 6th April 27 and still waiting on the bear email them about my order was told they were going to post it on monday 29th june 27 and its funny because im still waiting stay away from this place

Placed an order on the 23rd of January 2026, now July 17 and still not arrived. Emails ignored until one response notifying immediate despatch (23rd June 2026) then nothing but crickets again. Order still not seen and no tracking number as promised. Time to cut the losses and not order from here again.

Blazer ordered 8 weeks ago. Event it was required for has been and gone. No response to emails or calls . Refund requested however still getting the silent treatment. Absolutely shocking customer service. Didn't want to believe the poor reviews but unfortunately they are true.

I ordered two Royal Signals regimental badges for leather motorcycle jacket, with the offer of a "Free printed Tee shirt with your own Choice of wording". Also asked for prices on similar, AFCENT Jacket Badges. I spoke with J.S.C after receiving only one cloth badge of moderate quality, made from black and white cotton with no embroidery for £12.50. I was assured this was an oversight and would be corrected. It was not corrected , My later conversations with J.S.C were reassuring promises to send requested information "within the hour" (sic) and to fulfill the contract. However no stress on 'which hour'; and, as it has been several weeks, I hold little hope I will see either goods, information, or a refund of my cash balance of £32.34. Reluctantly, I would recommend buyers be wary of ordering on this site. The leaflets are very good and promise much but deliver little but plausible promises followed by silences with no action.

It doesn't even deserve 1 star but won't let me not click on stars so had to give 1 star
I ordered the item the beginning of April, still waiting, does not answer emails then when he did he said the item has been dispatched gave a tracking id yet the delivery company advise he is still preparing the item when I called and he eventually answered I asked why it says that on the delivery company website, he has the cheek to tell me that it says it has been dispatched at his end because it is a company and it says different on my side!!!!! WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH, this was a birthday present for a relative for middle of May, yet still waiting he now ignores emails and does not answer phone. He won't even acknowledge my email advising to cancel and to refund me instead !!! just ignores and does not reply or answer phone!

Ordered Blazer, trousers and a shirt on 13th Jan, part of the order was me sending them my RAF crest badges (which I did) to be fitted with velcro backing, after numerous calls i finally got hold of Andrew Hall, who on 3 occasions told me the Blazer would be with me, even one time as the day i needed it approached he promised to ship it to my brothers for a wedding, never arrived. Phone calls after this never got answered. I then sent two letters by recorded and signed for method, still no response, Im this week going to small claims court. the date is now May 14th. I just cant understand why they do this take your money and fail to send goods, in my mind this isnt bad customer service its theft. How they can be allowed to get away with this by trading standards is beyond me, what they get from acting this way is beyond me.

My order has not arrived .had an email stating its been posted .then three days layer i phoned and asked where is it .the answer ." Its just being finished off . I hate being lied to.5 days on still not arrived so .contacted my bank for a cash grab back from this company. I've been in touch with trading standards and two other sections of the community up there .they will be visiting Andrew and co in the near future .

I ordered from these before noticing the online feedback. Whilst my order did experience a delay, I found they communicated well, compensated for the delay and remained polite, courteous and apologetic. Items arrived well packaged, as ordered and are of good quality. I would definitely order again.

Just received my money back via lloyds bank from the sham scam company and its. W⚓️ owner Andrew who despite coughing up my money ,will be receiving a visit shortly . This wipe needs a slap ..
So if you have paid money to this filth bucket then contact your bank through settings and get it back .
Military services and stipe payments need contacting aswell as this thief needs stopping asap ..He is relying on lots of people just " letting it go as a scam " and doing nothing ..
Took a week to get the money back which the W ⚓️ didnt contest even though he lied again about saying he sent the stuff..Trust me he is lying to you too .Contact your bank and get your money back .
