No goods received and no communication.
No communication after initial receipt of order. No product received. No response to e-mails. Phone unanswered. Web site also now suspended. Had to claim from credit card company and reorder from another supplier. Seems this one has previously provided good service but has collapsed during September 2026.

What a shambles of a company !
What a shambles of a company !
Just like other recent reviews on here I ordered £500 of laminate flooring from this company which was delivered in a dreadful state (even the delivery driver said that I should reject the delivery)- i therefore rejected the order. I took photos and emailed the company who said that this was now out of stock (had they shipped me the dregs of old stock ?). They arranged for new stock to be delivered 2 days go - surprise surprise it did not turn up. I have had no response from the company despite numerous emails. I have had to request a chargeback on my credit card just like other recent reviews - avoid this company at all costs.

I have been lied to repeatedly, I do not have my order, nor are you returning my money, no answer on calls, email, Facebook, NOTHING!!! I have had to put a claim in with PayPal!!!
Absolute DISGRACE of a company!!!! Taking money from customers with zero intention to actually delivering the products!

Is this company out of their business?
I ordered some additional LVT to finish a project, but the estimated delivery date has come and gone with absolutely no communication from the company. Over the past three days, I have tried reaching them through every available channel—email, phone, and Facebook Messenger—but haven't been able to get hold of anyone. Since my credit card was already charged, I've had no choice but to initiate a chargeback with my bank. Even if they are on holiday or temporarily closed, it’s incredibly unprofessional not to have a notice on their website or an automated email reply. Leaving customers completely in the dark about their orders is unacceptable.

Absolute shambles
Absolute shambles. I paid and was told that delivery would be in 5 days time. One working day before the advised delivery date I received an email saying that the item was out of stock and would be available in another 3 weeks time. I phoned to complain and was told that I had to put my request for a refund in writing.

Unfortunately, the supplier’s stock records showed the product as available when your order was placed and your delivery was arranged. We were then informed of a stock discrepancy only one working day before the scheduled delivery date, at which point we contacted you as soon as we became aware that the order could not be fulfilled as planned.
We completely appreciate how frustrating this was, particularly after you had already been given a delivery date. Although the stock discrepancy originated with our supplier, we recognise that from your perspective you placed the order with Wood Flooring Kent and expected it to arrive when promised.
Regarding the refund, we’re sorry if our request for written confirmation caused any further frustration. We require cancellation and refund instructions to be confirmed in writing so that we have a clear record of the customer’s request and can process it correctly; an email confirmation is sufficient.
We certainly understand your disappointment with the way this order unfolded, and we’re sorry that we were unable to provide the service you reasonably expected on this occasion.

Upon inspecting the delivery
Upon inspecting the delivery, I discovered that multiple floor planks were damaged during transit/packaging. Protruding nails from the wooden pallet stabbed directly through the outer packaging and deeply scratched/damaged several flooring boards underneath.
This is extremely disappointing and reflects very poor packaging and delivery quality.
Furthermore, I have booked a professional fitter who arrived today to carry out the installation, which costs me £400. I am not doing a DIY project, and it is completely unreasonable to expect a paid professional installation to be completed with such visible defects. Because of these damaged items, the job cannot be completed properly today, and I will be forced to incur extra costs to have the fitter return once the issue is resolved.

We are sorry to see this review, particularly as the photographs supplied to us do not currently show the damage to the flooring described here.
We have reviewed all of the photographs provided. They show a puncture to the outer cardboard packaging of one pack and protruding nails in the timber pallet. However, none of the photographs shows a damaged flooring plank, despite the review stating that multiple boards were “deeply scratched/damaged”.
We have therefore asked you to provide photographs of the actual flooring concerned, removed from its packaging, together with confirmation of how many boards are affected. If flooring has genuinely been damaged in transit, we will of course investigate this and provide an appropriate remedy.
We cannot, however, accept liability for the £400 fitter cost referred to in the review.
Our delivery policy specifically advises customers not to book professional fitting until their goods have arrived and have been inspected. Your email confirms that the flooring and your fitter both arrived on the same day, meaning the installation had been booked before the goods could have been received and inspected.
Hard flooring also requires an acclimatisation period prior to installation, commonly 48–72 hours depending upon the manufacturer's instructions.
We will therefore continue to investigate the reported product damage separately, but fitter attendance or re-attendance costs cannot be passed to Wood Flooring Kent.
As soon as photographs showing the reported damage to the flooring itself are supplied, we will review them promptly.

Had a few issues trying to order via website but after I rung the actual office I was helped out.
Floor looks amazing !!! I did run out so had to order another box which was a pain.
Delivery driver was very helpful even brought it all in for me very polite and friendly.

Ordered two rooms worth of flooring and…
Ordered two rooms worth of flooring and unfortunately a majority of the corners and other parts of the boards have chipped within weeks of installation. I followed all given instructions and was installed correctly, even after sending 10+ photos of all the different chipped boards they emailed back and said they were ‘unable to identify any evidence that would indicate a manufacturing defect with the flooring’?! Do not buy from here :(

We're sorry to read this review, as we always aim to resolve any concerns fairly and transparently.
After carefully reviewing the photographs you provided, we were unable to identify any evidence of a manufacturing defect. The images instead showed a number of installation-related concerns, including boards that were not fully engaged at the locking joints and expansion spacers remaining in place, meaning we could not conclude that the issues were the result of a fault with the flooring itself.
We explained our findings and also offered to progress the matter through the manufacturer's formal warranty process by providing the necessary claim form. Unfortunately, this was not returned, so the manufacturer was not given the opportunity to carry out their own assessment.
We appreciate this was not the outcome you were hoping for, however our decision was based solely on the evidence provided, and we remain happy to assist should you wish to continue with the manufacturer's warranty process.

2 samples sent , well packed, a little slow with the delivery but they looked fine. Colour is different from the web site ,so not what I want.
