Had good a good experience in the past but this time they only took my money without sending any goods.

Sono estremamente deluso perché le fotocamere (per uno xiaomi) che mi sono arrivate hanno lo sporco e dei graffi sulle lenti quindi non sono assolutamente nuove, lo stesso discorso vale anche per la cover della fotocamera del telefono.
Ho segnalato l'accaduto, ma non ho mai ricevuto risposte.
Avevo fatto altri acquisti prima della pandemia e non avevo riscontrato problematiche di questo tipo, anche il servizio assistenza era disponibile, ma adesso invece è un disastro!

I am extremely disappointed because the cameras (for a xiaomi) that came to me have dirt and scratches on the lenses so they are absolutely not new, the same goes for the phone's camera cover as well.
I reported what happened, but never received any replies.
I had made other purchases before the pandemic and I had not encountered problems of this type, even the assistance service was available, but now it is a disaster!
Do not buy products on this site!

I ordered a few items (order 100148360) for my phone two weeks ago, and the order is still in a "processed" status. I just lost my money and I probably will don't receive any items.

Credit card scam! How can they still be allowed to operate?

Fraud, never sent the products. My CC data was leaked as well, fraud transactions happened on my card after ordering with them.

No confirmation email, no shipping code, no nothing. Got my card frauded soon after that. Can't recommend.

My order hasn't shipped after 16 days and customer service is not responding. This is me trying to get their attention. I will change my rating if i get my package delivered.

These guys have sent and resent to me wrong piece of hardware 4 (FOUR) times in a row. Useless, bad quality parts instead of "original" "OEM" ones. Now they even stopped responding to my emails. Money lost. Very bad and frustrating experience.

Days after making the Witrigs purchase my US card was defrauded.
This is a new card and I have not been in the US for several months to use it, therefore there is little chance of the fraud being initiated from any other transaction.
I did receive my goods in a nice box although it took prompting to get the order to be sent after it sat in processing for an extended time. Even when the order was sent, status never progressed past processing on the website.
Anyway, this inexpensive transaction has cost me hundreds of dollars.

4 weeks and no item ,no contact ,and after 2 weeks i was subject to credit card fraud (the same card used to make a purchase on this site ) beware stay away

I tried one order only to have their website fail right at the point of order. It took eight weeks to secure a refund. The second order never shipped. Avoid these people... highly unreliable.

La primera vez que pedí con envío básico todo OK, tardó 1 mes pero llego. La segunda vez que era urgente lo pedí vía DHL y pague los $28 dólares que la web pedía, fue un verdadero desastre. Nunca enviaron el pedido, les escribí y me contestaron a las 2 semanas pidiéndome $35 más para enviarlo. Les pedí que lo enviaran por correo normal y me devolvieran la diferencia y no me contestaron. Gracias a que pague por PayPal logre recuperar el dinero por medio de una disputa que abrí y gane, si no todavía estuviera escribiéndoles, sin recibir una verdadera solución. Su atención al cliente pésima, de lo peor que he visto. / The first time I ordered with basic shipping everything OK, it took 1 month but it arrived. The second time that it was urgent I ordered it via DHL and paid the $28 dollars that the website asked for, it was a real disaster. Thanks to paying by PayPal, I was able to recover the money through a dispute that I opened and won, if not I would still be writing to them, without receiving a real solution. Their lousy customer service, the worst I've ever seen.

No news from them since payment. No support answers. Nothing in the mail

I ordered multiple times on this website and I really like their products. However, I recently ordered something on 22/01/2022 and the order is still under processing to this date (05/02/2022). I emailed them 3 times but they did not answer. I really don't know what to do I want my parts or my money back. If you have a solution contact me at felixsouan @gmail.com please!!!

This site is a scam. I placed my order almost 30 days ago and the status has not changed until today. They do not respond to support emails or messages on their Facebook and Instagram pages. I can't get my order or my money back.

Le pire des fournisseurs de pièces de téléphones.

Commande passée le 24 Novembre 2021 et toujours rien, j'ai envoyé 3 email à leur support "support witrigs.com" et toujours aucune réponse. C'est juste du foutage de g*****. J'espère qu'ils vont fermer leur site rapidement et sa grâce à tous les avis négatifs et aux plaintes.
Plus jamais je ne commanderai chez eux et je ne recommande à personne ce site.

Si je pouvais leur mettre zéro étoile je le ferais !!

Made an order on the 10.01.2022 website. It's already 18.01.2022. The order is still in processing. I wrote to the support mail, no answer!! Already desperate! Answer what's going on! There was a good opinion of you!! Order #100146972. Return the money!

They said they were out of stock. Returned the money 01/28/2022

Informo que fiz uma compra no site Witrigs dia 09/06/2021
Estamos em 03/01/2022 e nunca recebi a encomenda, tentei entrar em contato com o suporte, envio e-mails mas não há resposta deles.
E informo que tive o cuidado de verificar se havia sido encaminhado para o SPAM, não existe respostas!

Uma vez que não respondem, será feita uma reclamação nas entidades competentes pois possuo documentação que comprovam essa omissão.

I am still waiting for my product: I ordered on the 19th and they gave me a fake DHL tracking number even though I purchased FedeX and havent been able to track anything. They only replied my first email and told to be patient. I've sent multiple emails afterwards and now im freaking out cause they dont even answer. Im in Mexico, but grew up in the US and best believe I have family and friends out there that will sue upon this! Why do bad business??? I chose witrigs over so many other businesses and this is what I get?!!! you betray my trust!!! It hurts my feelings. All I wanted to do is fix the 1+ 6T that my little sis gave me!!! Butholes :/
