they sent me an email telling me that they will refund within 2-9days but i didnt det the refund.

First time customer and totally happy!
First time customer this month and all seems to be original equipment as advertised with fast delivery. I note 4x pages of only 5-star reviews.... I'm not sure why there's a 1.7 overall rating.
I was skeptical dealing with a Chinese company but they earned my trust.
Makes me wonder if its punitive for the company not subscribing to TP services. All in all, I would recommend this company - my experience (like the other reviews) was glowing. Thanks Witrigs!

Betalte ekstra for rask levering, de kunne ikke levere en av delene jeg bestilte så jeg måtte kansellere slik at de sendte resterende deler. Ventrr fortsatt etter ca 30 dager spent på om det noen gang dukker opp. Om noe er sikkert så er det at jeg aldri kommer til å handle her igjen.

Almost 2 months no delivery
Ordered a battery, a few tools and replacement adhesive for my Samsung s20 fe. It's been almost 2 months and no delivery yet. They just keep making different excuses as to why it's not arrived.
1: they were sourcing the best battery for me.
2: it has arrived in the country and should be with me soon, even gave me a tracking number ( of course it didn't work)
3: My favourite.. it's being sorted by the Italian post office lol ...I live in Australia.
4: it's being held in customs.
The worst experience I've had shopping online for a long time. Please stay away from this company, save yourself the hassle.
$19 for nothing but inconvenience
I ordered phone parts and adding express shipping 7-10 days option.
14 days later I emailed about a week later the reply was that they were closed for Chinese New Year. Ok. About 6-7 days later I emailed and asked for an update. 2 days later they tell me that it is ready to be shipped. So I asked for a refund. The next day they tell me it is shipped, the day after that they tell me they can't refund because it's been shipped. I escalated it with PayPal. They got back to me and said they had it intercepted and will refund me when it gets back to me. It ended up being a part refund.

Die Ersatzteile für mein OnePlus 9 Pro sind alle hervorragend. Alles funktioniert. Lieferung hat zwar ein wenig länger gedauert aber dafür musste ich nicht wie bei anderen Händler um die 100€ bezahlen.

These scammers sent the wrong screen then when I inform them they condescendingly alluded that I was lying - they even claimed their website wasn't updated with the wrong screen (that's some low IQ customer service lol). Eventually admitted they were dumb after, pretended to remedy their mistake, but just strung me along for weeks saying they will send the correct one. Filed a claim. Read the latest reviews on this fraud of a company (all bad lol).
Don't trust this company!
A terrible experience twice! First the delayed the delivery and when it arrived they missfilled the customs slip so it got returned before I could act. Then when I contacted them 'bout where my delivery was the said it was returned to them. Then they had the audacity and insolence to demand me paying for the deliver cost a second time. Well, so I did and then when I got my "new" screen/display it was dead/blank. My old cracked worked on reconnection but was terribly damaged due to removal. When trying to make a reclamation the female contact only repeated "can you make video" and obviously didn't understand written english (googletranslated into chinese?) so trying to communicate was not only annoyingly frustrating but also a big waste of time.
They got my money and some and I ended up with a defective "new" display. Warning declared - avoid this company.!!!

1A Qualität
Die negativen Bewertungen wundern mich ein wenig. Ich wollte ein älteres Handy selbst einmal reparieren, sprich ein iPhone 10 XR.
Ich habe mir dort einige Teile bestellt, unter anderem die wichtigsten:
*OEM Screen
*OEM Battery
+ diverse Feinwerkzeuge.
Der Screen und die Batterie funktionieren perfekt. Die Batterie wird nicht als Original vom iPhone erkannt, doch das ist ganz normal, ergo Chip.
Der OEM Screen weist keine Kratzer oder Abnutzungen auf, definitiv nicht gebraucht und frisch aus der Fabrik.
Lieferung in die Schweiz ca. 3 Wochen. Die Ware kommt aus China und über das Tracking, sieht man exakt wo sich das Paket im Moment befindet.
Alles in einem bin ich ziemlich happy und habe jetzt ein Zweithandy, statt das Teil wegzuwerfen. Sieht jetzt optisch aus und funktioniert wie neu gekauft.

Délais à la limite du légal
J'ai fais une commande d'élément le 25 juin, et le soir même je m'aperçois que j'ai oublié un élément et, en accord avec une discussion chat sur Witrigs, je refais une commande et Witrigs me remboursera les frais de livraison de la seconde (et ils les ont effectivement remboursé, c'est ce qui leur donne une seconde étoile).
Mais j'ai reçu les éléments le 20 juillet. Or j'avais pris l'option "expedite shipping delay", plus chère, qui affiche 7 à 10 jours.
Même si j'ai pu échanger avec Witrigs par mail, ils n'ont jamais mis à jour les délais, alors que je les questionnais depuis des semaines (c'était urgent).
C'est finalement en leur rappelant le droit européen - qui prévaut sur les CGV, peu importe ce qu'ils écrivent - qui dit que 30 jours sans date précise engagée c'est un droit légal au remboursement intégrale et immédiat sous peine de poursuite (Witrigs dépend de Supic Ld et est basé à Londres).
Étrangement, 2 jours après ce rappel à la loi, les éléments sont partis et on été livrés dans la semaine.
Donc je suis un peu mitigé sur l'expérience et même si j'ai finis par avoir mes éléments (complet et en bon état), je ne pense pas faire d'autres commandes, il y a un sérieux problème de logistique.
Worked fine for me
I bought a back adhesive, a screen and a battery for my OnePlus8T.
First of, I have got to say I have been very well served by customer support, granted it was to buy more from them. But anyway, very friendly!
I was afraid the screen wouldn't be great as there isn't much garantee about the quality and inherent specification (120Hz, sRGB, display P3). But while I can't assure all is there as I don't have specific tools to verify it, to my naked eye, all seems fine! The fingerprint scanner seems to take longer and as soon as there is a tiny touch water doesn't work at all (which wasn't the case before), but it works, which is fine. The touch screen is less sensitive than before too, i can't use gloves anymore.
The battery lasts at least as long as how the original one was at the beginning.
Everything wasn't perfect, and that's why I gave it 4 stars. The battery was 1mm too long and I had a hard time putting the rigid cable in its slot. I had to push the battery a lot to fit it in. 1mm seems like alright, but it could very well haven't been.
The screen has sort of a coating on it that is spread on 3 vertical bands 1cm wide and one horizontal one. These bands aren't visible when the screen is on, but while off it can be seen under certain reflection angles (many). I tried to rub it with alcohol, but couldn't take it away. I suppose it's a process during manufacturing that made it. Doesn't seem to have consequences, but weird.
All in all, my phone works again, so thank you!
On February 19
On February 19, I made and paid for an order with urgent delivery (7-10 days). As of today, March 6, my order is not even tracked by the logistics company. It is not known when I will receive the order and whether I will receive it at all.

Deliveries to North America take minimum 5-6 weeks. Aside from that, they deliver excellent quality OEM products, with excellent video tutorials for the repairs.
OEM Screen Fingerprint Sensor defekt
Hab ein OEM Replacement Screen für mein OnePlus 8 Pro bestellt, display funktioniert auch aber der fingerprint-sensor nicht.
Wurde alles korrekt verbaut aber Witrigs beharrt darauf dass der Screen beim Verbauen oder dem Transport beschädigt sein worden muss.
Haben mir ein 20$ Refund angeboten was bei einem Kaufpreis von 265$ einfach nur lächerlich ist.
Nach weiterem hin und her schreiben wurde dieses Angebot auch noch zurück genommen und mir gesagt dass man mir keinen Refund anbieten könne.
Zudem wollten sie mich immer wieder belehren dass der Sesor nicht im Screen sondern auf dem Mainboard verbaut ist und ich einen Fehler bei der Installation gemacht haben muss...
Seit dem kam von denen auch nichts mehr zurück, einfach nur lächerlich sowas...

Tried to cancel an order with them because it never arrived from China. They kept asking me if I contacted USPS first so I gave up on them and still haven't gotten my order.
Excellent store - given the right expectations
Just wanted to offset all the negative reviews with my own experience. I've already ordered 3 times at Witrigs and was happy each time with the parts that I received. (mainly a display, rear camera & speakers for an Xperia XZ1 Compact) As far as I can tell, the parts are all genuine and work perfectly each time. The packaging itself is excellent as well.
That said, I can confirm some of the other reviews' comments. Yes, it takes a long time before the packages arrived. (30 ~ 45 days for me in Belgium) Yes, the tracking system isn't that useful. (e.g. the status can be stuck on "processing" even though the package was already sent) Yes, customer support is unresponsive. (I imagine they're a fairly small company based in China, so I can understand it's not always easy to provide fast responses in English.)
Does any of it matter? Not really, in my opinion. The parts arrived, work great and most of all, the prices are an absolute steal, including shipping costs. For this little money, I honestly have no reason to complain. Also worth mentioning: I initially found Witrigs via their Youtube channel. Their repair guides are very clear and well-made; I used them to perform my repairs.
So all in all, their parts gave my trusty phone a 2nd and a 3rd lease on life, which makes me a perfectly happy customer; cheers!
