We would like to clarify why your withdrawal request has been rejected, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Firstly, a minimum deposit of $10 is required before any withdrawal can be processed. At this time, no qualifying deposit has been made on your account.

Secondly, all bonus winnings are subject to a 30x wagering requirement. In your case, your bonus winnings of ~$11 require a total wagering amount of ~$330. However, your current wagering activity amounts to only $40, which does not meet this requirement.

6.5 Wagering Requirements and Eligible Games
Unless otherwise stated in the Promotion Terms:
