Ordered multiple items in October. It's been almost two full months and NO PACKAGE. Cave me a bogus tracking number that says it was delivered but that's a LIE. reached out to their 'support' and they game me a number for DHL e-commerce (even tho the tracking was China Post) and they know NOTHING about this package. SCAM. Stay away.

Witrigs don't sell OEM parts. It's a scam.

I got my order status "processing" for over 3 weeks now. It's supposed to be 5-7 days delivery time offered when you make the purchase. But these people don't care, just avoid buying from them.

Check their "warranty" before you buy. They only offer a 30 day warranty and won't honor a replacement after that. I find it sketchy that their website (at the time of this writing) looks incomplete and missing style assets making it look like a text-only site.

My replacement battery appeared to be fine at first, but started to show signs of extreme degradation 3 months after installing. After 7 months, this replacement battery is now worse than the one I replaced and doesn't last a full hour before it is fully drained. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

BEWARE OF SCAM! Ordered parts for replacement screen, stuck at processing for weeks, no shipment. Emailed them and got unhelpful responses like "our shipping system is broken." These guys are scammers - buy your parts off of Amazon.

It's properly a scam, I have been waiting for my shipments for more over 2 months nevertheless, I tried to contact the support but no response from them.

Stay away of it!!

Sent fingerprint scanner which did not match the picture or the label on the item. Ignored mails asking for correct item.

Avoid

Ordered a couple of things for my phone more than a week back as pricing is good and videos clear. They took my money really quick, but since then: total silence. I've mailed support, again: silence. No idea if they will actually ship, it feels really sketchy!

Update: their support did respond now and provided a tracking number, but no action on that as well. Still not convinced it will arrive to be honest

I have ordered several items from this website. They have great pricing and a useful you tube page, so I assumed they were legit. But once you order and pay, you don't receive any order confirmation. No response to the support email. No other forms of contacting this company. Paid for delivery with DHL, but 7days and still no response or any feedback. On their site my order is only listed as processing.
Will update if anything changes..

Got a mail claiming their other replies from the same mail address are in my trash?? But their mail address is marked as important, not spam and is trusted, so I think its lies, as I cannot find any trace of the messages. They have offered to go ahead and deliver my order as is, that was almost 2 weeks ago. So still no trust in their ability to deliver over $320 worth of spares.

J'ai commandé un écran pour Oneplus 6t et d'autres pièces pour ce même smartphone.
Reçu très bien emballé rien a dire la dessus
Mais quatre jours après avoir installé l'écran une tache noir est apparu au centre, je décide de contacter le service client
Le service client me répond que c'est dû à mon installation et me propose 20% de réduction sur un nouvel écran ( à 90 euros).
Je répond que j'aimerais mieux un remplacement ou une plus grosse réduction étant donnée que moins d'une semaine était passée depuis la réception du colis.
Et depuis plus de réponse
Je déconseille se site pour des achats coûteux parce que même les vendeurs Aliexpress ont un meilleur SAV (mais je reconnais que leur produits ont l'air de qualité vérifié)
En espérant une réponse de leur part (la dernière est du 24/08)

Je précise que j'ai déjà réparer deux/trois écran auparavant et que je n'avais pas commis d'erreur majeur (pendant les quatre jours de fonctionnement, l'écran était parfaitement collé au chassis sur tout le contours du téléphone)

Rien à redire. J'ai remplacé le connecteur usb-c de mon pixel 3. Le matériel fourni est celui d'origine et pour un prix dérisoire. Seul bémol les frais de port vers la France plus coûteux que tout le matériel commandé réuni pour l'intervention. Je recommanderais au besoin sur ce site sans hésitation.

Very bad quality, not an original Xiaomi display as promised.
Display has poor colours, is also not as bright as the original one.
Also not all tools delivered, the tool to release the display (metal plate) was missing.
So better buy a really original part. 👎🏻

Definitely not a scam, parts appear to be genuine or at least high quality. in 2019 i purchased a screen for a galaxy s8 and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. the customer support was helpful.

the products took a while to arrive due to customs delays in india but the customer service more than makes up for any delays with amazing response to keep you calm and reassure you about the product status and in my book that's a huge win

Actual scam, they hold your money and order for weeks and months and never respond to your emails and you can NEVER cancel your order

Refurbished and scratched non OEM screens sold as OEM.

Don't waste your time or money on them..

The items I've ordered are what I expected. The time from the order to the arrival was acceptable and the package was correctly composed. I appreciated that they answered my questions in a very little time.

My first purchase from them...
Bought Note 9 display with housing and choose OEM.
At first there were some sketchy updates about shipping but at the end there was one common and working tracking number and as promised, they delivered it with chosen company within a week to Latvia.
Sad thing was customs (no warnings about it when I did check-out) but I dealt with it and everything is ok.
Screen was packaged really good, screen was refurbished (original) and is working flawlessly.
I would shop again, but I still would be very careful with any company.

After reading all of the bad reviews, I was a little sceptical about my order. And the scepticism kept coming when the package didn't arrive another 4 weeks later. As I was about to just try getting my money back, a surprise came in the mail: My display and back cover!
I do not know for sure if it's original, but it damn looks, feels and behaves like it. The display works flawlessly, feels the same as a brand new phone, everything's working, no damages. Carefully packaged (maybe they started putting care into that because so many damaged components were received). So the only missing star is for the awfully long delivery time even for a package from China.

EDIT: I didn't mean that the screens were dead at departure, but maybe damaged in transit and thus not working.

I've received a damaged screen from WitRigs. I made pictures and video's and they asked if I would return the item so they could investigate the problem.

Well.... after a few days witrigs receivd my return and now they say they can't give any refund because the item is, drumroll, damaged.... What a fail. And my money is.... GONE.

Total scam!
